Great central location, close to bars , restaurants and subway as well. Had washing machine and great furnishing to feel like home

Little bit dirty but was able to clean as it had all the equipments, find a pair of dirty socks in the living room couch. Didn’t had window in the bedroom but had aircon. Main door opens straight to the street and street had some homeless and people who continually hang around to look into rubbish bins.

El departamento tiene muy buena ubicación, a una distancia caminable a la Gran Vía, cerca de estaciones de metro, varios destinos turísticos, tiendas, bares y supermercados. Es un alojamiento pequeño, pero muy cómodo para unos días en Madrid.

Había ruido en las noches porque está cerca de bares y la puerta da directo a la calle. Además, un día se me cortó el agua caliente en la ducha porque el termo tiene capacidad limitada.

Convenient location, very close to Plaza de Espanya and different Metro and Bus lines. Many bars, restaurants and stores nearby. The apartment is refurbished, and it has a direct connection to the street with no window. The small kitchen corner is equipped with all basic amenities. The bedroom is quite small with smaller double bed then normally (I guess it was 140 cm x 200 cm). The bathroom sink is located in the bedroom which is pretty unusual, but it is due to the limitation of the very small bathroom. Jonathan was super helpfull with all requests, communication. Overall I would highly recommend for a short stay in Madrid

Only small things; as the apartment has direct connection to the street, you can hear a lot of noises coming from outside. You can close the internal door of the bedroom, but since the bedroom has no window, it is dark then. The double bed, the bedroom and the shower itself is very small, so please bear in mind when booking.
