This modern bright one bedroom apartment is extremely quiet and very well located in the Salamanca District, the area allows visitors to be very close the best areas for eating and shopping in Madrid, and is close by some of the most important art museums like the Prado and the Thyssen-Bornemisza. A few minutes from the Retiro park, is perfect for exercise conscious and runners who want to keep training during the stay. A warm and tastefully decorated apartment in one of Madrid’s most privileged areas, located on the seventh floor, the wide windows views over the exterior mean that the interior is flooded with natural light for much of the day. Decorated in a nordic style with wood laminate flooring and light colors. You enter into the living area with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen that suits today’s informal lifestyles, providing a natural hub for the home and greater sociability during cooking and prepping. The living area has a three seater sofa-bed and an armchair, a flat TV and a bar table for 4 seats.
