The bed was comfortable and the pillow was solid but a bit too high for my liking. The property had everything I needed including the kitchen. Excellent location and it was quiet, too.
The bathroom had a sewage smell, but that’s probably a house problem. The common area’s floor could be cleaned better, was just dusty.

Accueil sympathique et efficace par Jonathan. Tout est très propre, la salle de bains (privée) est récente et très propre aussi, bonne situation (métros ou bus très proches) très calme (pas du tout de bruit la nuit) NB : je n'ai pas utilisé la cuisine commune. L'ouverture du portail et de la porte d'entrée par un lien sur le mobile fonctionne bien. Clé personnelle pour la chambre.
La surface de la chambre (n°8) est très petite (la chambre elle même fait moins de 10 m2, y compris un grand placard) La tête de lit est coincée en dessous de la fenêtre (contrairement à ce que montrent les photos) ce que personnellement je ne trouve pas très agréable. La literie est de qualité très moyenne (matelas de moins de 20 cm - oreillers "fatigués") J'ai payé un prix raisonnable en ce qui me concerne, mais les prix affichés pour d'autres périodes (200 euros par nuit !) me semblent injustifiés, même si le quartier est devenu très cher (j'y viens régulièrement depuis 7 ans)
