Very good, we liked it!

House is nice. Located 5 min from Suncheva Dolina parking lot. It is comfortable for 4 people, can accommodate 6 max. It has nice living room, TV, Internet, big porch with a view.

Road to the house is a dirty one - we had no snow on it and it had a lot of mud. Need to prepare house shoes. The soundproofing is not great, so you cant have people sleeping/partying in the same time. There is no shower hanger - it is a quick fix by the owner.

Superb

The host was super nice. We arrived a bit late at night due to the traffic on the way to Kopaonik but the hose was patient with us and they helped us with the parking too(we drove there and honestly it was a hell of a slope down to reach the house). The host would help you and respond in time to get problems solved. There are some basic ingredients and spices provided for you to cook, but the kitchenware is so many for you to use, including all kinds of plates, bowls, cups, etc... so if you wanna cook during your stay here don't worry. Got to say my fav is the view out from the balcony, it is breathtakingly beautiful and stunning. During our stay, we got to see snowing and the mountains were covered in white, and one day the snow melted so we saw green views too. I would say worth the money. Overall it's a cozy woodhouse on a mountain. Nice stay!

To go to the house you need to drive or walk down a very slippery slope down from the main road, and then climb the stair to reach the gate to get in. BE CAREFUL when the ground is frozen with ice it's very slippery, I and my friends fall on our way back. A bit far from the ski center but if you have a car it's only 8 mins drive there. There is no window or extracted fan in the kitchen so if you cook you need to open the front gate to let the smoke out which is a bit inconvenient. Stairs inside the house, be prepared to climb a bit haha.

the property is beautiful, cozy, clean, warm, quiet and equipped with all appliances needed. It has the best view and I would come back every year! the communication and check in was easy and quick. 10/10

the road that leads towards the house is not made of asphalt, but they are planning on upgrading it next year to ease the access to the house, especially when it’s rainy and muddy

Good

The quiet and view. The house was rather spacious, with 3 bedrooms. Loved sitting on the terrace. Living room was comfy and bed too. Shower with good water pressure. Internet was surprisingly fast and reliable, I could work fine. Nice, relaxing place.

Even the host sent us the Google location of the house, there was a fork in the road and we went up instead of down, caused our car stuck in mud. However we could get help from the host to get out of the mud. A clear sign on the road would have helped or if the host greet us on the bottom of the road where the unpaved road starts. There is a washing machine but not for guests - what we were not aware of. The outlet hose is not connected to the sewage pipe, so be aware it has to be put into the shower. TV remote controller has been lost but did not bother learning how to operate the TV without it - a cheap universal remote controller would easily resolve this problem. There is only a small shop nearby, in June there was an off-season, restaurants seemed to be closed. Be aware, weather was rather cold, had to use the electric heating often as temperate in the house was mostly between 16-18 degrees (in June).

Beter than expected

We had a great family vacation in this house. The most beautiful is the view - very beautiful mountain landscape from the windows. The house is modern and good quality. Very warm heating and fast internet (my husband could work there and internet was good enough for his work). New washing machine. It has 3 bedrooms. Living room and kitchen are separate, was good because all grown ups slept in the bedrooms but our baby slept in the living room and we could cook and not disturb him. The owner is very helpful, we asked some things and she kindly provided it next day. And all questions were answered immediately. We recommend this cozy house. For this price- is a great deal.

Everything was great! The house was comfortable and clean. It is situated in a quate place with a great view. it took us about 10 minutes to get to the lift and city center by car. the owner was very responsive and helped us to solve all the problem we`ve faced.

it looks impossible to get very close to the house on a small car when there is a lot of snow in Kopaonik.
