Decent

The bus that is taking you to the center ist quite usefull, the location is ok and the breakfast is good as well. There is a restaurant there as well in case you are not eating in the center. There is also an ATM.

Free parking places are insufficient, even the ones you have to pay for are not enough, we got one but there were people that didn't receive one. The pillows are very unconfortable. The spa is quute expensive for what is offers, I wouldn't try it again.

The breakfast was good.

It was nkt renovated the appartment some things were broken and it was a dkg who permanently was sleeping in front of the door making noise sometime and dog hair everywhwere.

Good for skiing, bad accomodation and filthy.

PRO - the food was excelent at the hotel restaurant. The service by the restaurant was fast and good. Another good thing was that the hotel had a bus that transports you from the hotel to the sloaps. The luch was ok, the personal staff was ok at the morning lunch. Another PRO is for the guys who worked at the sloaps where you can let your ski equipment over night. Also the heating of the boots is very good.

The apartment was very dirty, I was to the reception and requested to clean it but they didn´t do it. The cleaning ladies didn´t use the vacuum at all. We had hair (not from us) in the bathrooms, on the carpets and dust every where. The buses that went to the sloaps where heavily filled with persons. No body weared protection masks in the hotel, at lunch, in the buss. The water at the SPA in the children area was cold. The girls at the reception give the rooms as they want. The good rooms are given to the Serbian people and the rest to the foreigners.

We liked the appartment. Nicely furnished, clean, pleasant view, big window in the living room. Bus transport to the ski center. Breakfast is ok.

Parking. Not even close enough parking lots for the number of guests, although they offer free parking. The staff were not helpful, even worse, they were not interested and told us to find the parking by ourselves in the middle of the night. They offered payed, expensive garage in the end. IPTV is also bad, we could not watch TV most of the time, with delays and shuttering. Internet was also unstable from time to time.

The apartment was clean. We had everything we needed. Cosy. The beds are very comfortable. The apartment was vacuumed every day. They washed the dishes we had. We had only tea caps and glasses. The breakfast is good. You have what to choose. In my opinion not so good for vegetarians. But I'm not one, so for me, it was very good. They have a bus to take you to the slopes. They have a place in the town where you can rent ski and snowboard. And also they have there a room where you can leave your equipment.

In the bathroom, there is a boiler to heat the water. We were 2 people, and it was enough. But the apartment was for 4-6 people, and I don't think it would be enough for so many people. For sure, they have to wait for the water to heat again. One more minus. They bus was full every time. Even if they have three busses. They only open the second bus if the first one is full. Or they don't open it at all. And in the only bus, you don't even have the necessary room to breathe.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was good, breakfast and dinner were good, we had a lot of choice and everything was fresh! The personal was very helpful. If we needed anything like extra towels or pillows or whatever the nice personal were minutes later at our door.

The only thing that wasn't clear to us was that we needed to pay an extra fee for the playground and spa.

Atenția la detalii

Mi-a plăcut faptul ca au fost prezente calorifere în fiecare încăpere,încălzire în podea și apa caldă din belșug, ceea ce mi-a făcut șederea foarte confortabilă! Pat confortabil. Punctualitatea autobuzelor care duc oaspeții până la pârtie. Existența parcărilor și a garajelor.

Căsuța-apartament 05A Nu mi-a plăcut faptul că, deși se specifică că consumabilele se pot schimba/se pot cere în plus (prosoape, hârtie igienică), am fost nevoiți să cumpărăm un bax de hârtie igienică, nefiind îndeajuns în apartament. Situație în care s-a cerut o singură rolă de hârtie și ni s-a specificat că este contracost... Toaleta și dușul se puteau observa cu ochiul liber, că nu au fost curățate cu atenție, iar rola de hârtie mai mult de jumatate goală. La etaj, la finalul treptelor de urcare, plinta se desprinde cu tot cu o bucată generoasă de lemn. Ap 44/ 9C Lipsa tacâmurilor din sertare( furculițe,cuțite, linguri etc. inexistente)

Solide - Teuer

Das Apartment war sauber und relativ Bequem. Hat alles gegeben was wir gebraucht haben in unserem Aufenthalt.

Da ist Liste etwas länger, ich habe ziemlich viel Geld bezahlt, und dafür würde die Zimmer nicht einmal gereinigt wehrend unseren Aufenthalts! Der Preis war nur für die Unterkunft, habe dann bei Rezeption mitbekommen. Das Appartement war Bequem erst wenn die Cousine von mir (11 Jährig) auf Sofa geschlafen hat, weil das Bett war nicht ganz Optimal für uns beide. Der Eintrittspreis für das Schwimmbad war unfassbar Teuer ( für ein mal ca. 50CHF - 6300,00din) und das noch für die Gäste vom Hotel, nicht zu glauben. Dann haben wir nichts bekommen nur ein Tuch (kein Bademantel, weder schlarpen). An zweiten Tag hat die Orange Wasserrutsche nicht Funktioniert, was hat ein Kaos verursacht auf die andere Wasserrutsche, bei so viele Kinder. Der Parkplatz war eine Große Herausforderung, beim Rein und Rausfahrten unbedingt korrigieren um die Parkticket zum scannen zu können, da könnte nur ein Auto Rein/raus Fahren, bei Zwei Autos eine muss entweder wieder auf die Straße retour oder im Parkplatzt. Und Parkplatz kostet nicht wenig (1000,00din pro Tag) für das was sie bieten.

Összességében jó volt 2 éjszakára megszállni és továbbutazni.

Nagyon szép helyen, környezetben van. Tisztaság volt, szép nagy apartmanunk volt.

Az étteremben a személyzet oltári paraszt volt. Szószerint odabaszta elénk az ételt, a baba széket lecsapta a földhöz, pofákat vágva. De legalább az étel finom volt és bő.
