Everything: - location: it is in the center of the weekend resort; Maxi, pharmacy and nice restaurant like Čardaci is in the vicinity (in metres by foot); - accommodation - clean, warm, new, spacious, with all the expected appliances, totally feels like home; - the owner - due to the issue with the electricity in one of the traffo stations which occured the day before we arrived and which affected the initially booked appartment, Nenad generously granted us other two appartments for the same price (where the electricity was functioning of course 😅)! Communication with him was easy and very pleasant. I would definitely recommend you to book President Kop apartments! 😊

There is nothing not to like in this hotel 😀

Smestaj je bio super, cist i komforan za jednu porodicu.Jedino je problem za parking na skijalistu.

Nenad, the owner, was absolutely helpful and responsible. Service started with his immediate feedback upon placing the order. We arrived quite late - after 21.00 and he was in place and offered us different options with accommodation. Rooms are fully equipped and relatively spacious. I think one of the best in the resort. We also liked Christmas tree in the foyer (mid summer).

This is not about Nenad - I wish his family and himself all the best, this is more about booking's services: 1) @ the booking.com site, searching for accommodation, I switched on the options: hotel, basin pool, etc. Actually - it is a residential building with a pool/restaurant working in the winter time (not in summer). Due to the booking's conditions, noticing that I could play back, so I had to pay upfront. This way, the booking.com owes me the payment for the second day of my stay (we left nxt morning- on Sat). More then that - in my confirmation the price was 84 euro, while @ Nenad's - 90 euros (why?) 2) Surroundings: dusty construction site with lorries and works of different kind. Smell of wet cement despite building is built 2,5 years ago. 7 km to the center of the resort (where life is located). Next time - be sure what you take. 3) As Nenad said - "we're a winter resort, therefore we've no conditioning in the building". Hello! Balkan summer! The rooms are on the top floor and roof is quite a good battery. So we left after night staying.
