Superb

House is very comfortable with 2 WC`s with shower cabins and additional toilet. 5 bedrooms with more than 15 beds which you can convert into double beds. We were 9 people with 3 kids and did not had any comfort issue. Place has very nice view over kopaonik`s village area. It has a floor heating connected to electric heater as well as a heater in the fireplace, making the house so warm even in the most cold nights. Kitchen facilities are great too. About 600-700m away from ski lift Treska. Small tavern is licated just 50m from the house. Parking available for 1 car inside a garage in the house and there is also space to part just in front of the house (more than 5 sport available)

The road to the house goes from 2 directions. One of which requires use of snow-chains in case of heavy snow. The additional road coming from Suncana Dolina parking & Hotel is more suitable for smaller cars and non AWD cars. Please contact owner previously to give more specific data which road to use, depending on the current situation

Awesome place, awesome host. The house itself is ideal for a larger group of people. Very comfortable and luxurious. At no point in time did it feel crowded even though there were ten of us. I've been to other guest houses on Kopaonik before but not one holds a candle to this place. I highly recommend it.
