Perfect place for relaxing

We liked the hotel itself, it's newly equipped, modern, comfortable and clean. The staff was very nice, friendly and was eager to help us with everything. The spa and wellness centre was the highlight of our stay since we spent most of the time enjoying the sauna and the Turkish bath. The breakfast was pleasant and delicious, consisting of local and traditional dishes.

The only thing we didn't like are the big, sturdy and uncomfortable pillows that made our sleep impossible :( and another remark is regarding the kitchen in the room. If there is a kitchen included, then cooking should be possible and not prohibited.

Nice stay

Friendly and helpful staff, nice rooms, complex breakfast.

Rooms still need few things to be put in place. There are wires hanging out of the walls. It is not something that disturbs you, but still needs to be fixed. Kitchen window needs a curtain too, at the ground level rooms, as you can see inside from the parking place. And what is really needed is a room for the ski equipment. It looks really bad for a 4* hotel to have 200 pairs of ski equipment in the lobby. And what was a bit discomforting for us were the pillows. Very big pillows. Maybe they can have a big pillow and a smaller one/person. But that's just a personal discomfort, maybe there are people who like more the big pillows.

The lights in our room didn't work properly, just the biggest lamp with cold white light like in an office. there were a lot of electrical wires sticking out from the walls. There wasn't enough hot water in the boiler. We asked for a little pot but were not given. We were not allowed to use the laundry. It would also be great if masseuses could speak English. They were wonderful but sometimes it was difficult to explain something.

It was a lot of hair in the rooms. I don't whant to be mean ,but you have to tell to the ladies who do the cleaning to use the aspirator.

Feels hastily finished-complete lack of coat hangers in the apartement for four adults, hanging TV cables and cables everywhere. No toilet in the spa area.

Not bad hotel, but overpriced.

New hotel, OK sauna and pool. Staff are polite. Our furnace burn out and they replace it in 5minutes.

We get room in basement without window. Hotel is not finish (some cables is wiring out etc.) Breakfest and dinner is very poor and bad quality. Do not recommended to eat in hotel restoraunt. Too high price for basement room (around 140€ per night for 2 person) It is no so bad hotel but I would not come again.

waiters and cleaning ladies were great!

At New years night some guest celebrated at hallways, no one reacted, we couldn’t sleep till morning hours. Food was less than average, frequently not enough food, they needed too much time to prepare more. Not so much choices for vegetarians. Price on Booking.com for dinner is 8€ in hotel charged 10€.

Pay attention to small details

The location has a secure parking area, is not far away from the slopes (7km - 10 min) car drive, or with sky bus. The rooms were clean (except one from the first floor), the reception staff was very nice and helpful, the room staff clean the room every day, the SPA area is nice a clean. Also the staff from SPA is very good prepared (I recomand relax massage). The food was tasty but quantity less than expected.

Far away from being a 4 stars hotel, this location is the definition of how an employee from bar staff can ruin the work of an entire team or the greed and the scooped up can ruin the entire stay of their guests there. So first morning there I found out that if you want to buy a coffee from the bar and drink it in the restaurant where you take breakfast you are not allowed to do that ...I was like what ...is the same location, I pay for the coffee and it is not bought across the neighborhood. I told this to the receptionist and move forward. Anyway the breakfast coffee is not the best one so this is the reason why I wanted to pay extra. Leaving the story with the coffee apart and moving to food, this was tasty even it was less diversified. The problem here was that all the time they were bringing so less food that all the time something was missing ( like eggs or potatoes or cabbage - come on we all know the price for those ones). This was a rule for breakfast and dinner all the time. Talking about New Years Eve dinner we got the same food as for the other nights but the bonus was that they took all the food (even the on the tables) at 10 p.m , New Years Eve is 2 hours late. :)) just we paid instead of 10 euros 17 euros( we had a band and they were singing live music, so this was a plus). From here we moved to the bar and here the shock and the less nicee part started. One of our friends ordered a champagne for my birthday name and when he wanted to buy a new bottle, same model and the guy from the bar (Milos) said that he does not have( not the one from the restaurant or from the bar)and he offered a different one, when we tried to pay surprise, the internet connection was not working and when it worked we realized that he was trying to sell us a 500 euros champagne, our luck was that our card had a payment limit.

Superb

The staff especially, for everything we needed they were here for us (starting from the girls at reception, continuing with the spa guy and ending with the new employee in the bar who came the second day we were there and he was so friendly and nice, the bar closes at 10 pm but he waited for us till we finish our drinks although the next day he had to work again early in the morning) :) so only great words for them and we recommend the hotel, the location was fine also :) we will come again and thank you for everything :)

Everything was great, we were staying there out of the peak season so it was relaxing and not much people, the only thing I would like if the spa had more facilities, the guy that works at the spa is great and very professional but water in the pool a bit cold (maybe because we weren't in the peak season once again) and also the Turkish bath wasn't working (they have had some problems with it that they were going to fix). Also after the first night we had problems with electricity in our room (I don't know what happened) and they've changed us immediately in another room and we've paid lees because it wasn't our fault but very kind of them also. Although they should pay more attention to cables hanging out of everywhere in the room. Everything else was perfect.
