Apartment is very clean and comfortable

Объект размещения очень понравился. Легко найти, есть большая парковка, на машине до главной горнолыжной поляны 10 минут. Рядом несколько ресторанов, магазин. Номер очень чистый и уютный. Работает телевизор, интернет. Очень горячая вода в кранах, нужно даже быть осторожными. Есть кофемашина с капсулами, комплемент в виде бутылки игристого.

Не самая удобная система оплаты - только банковским переводом. Нерезидентам может быть неудобно идти физически в банк или на почту делать перевод. Пароль от WiFi как будто нигде не написан, но на роутере работает функция WPS подключения устройства по кнопке.

Locația liniștită, decentă amplasată la aproximativ 5/6 km de zona centrală, a Kopaonik-ului, unde sunt majoritatea pârtiilor de sky. Există un skybus care are stație chiar în fața locației, cu un orar accesibil și care te poate duce sau aduce de la pârtie. Noi am folosit mașina, deoarece din punct de vedere financiar era mai bine. Parcarea pe o zi în apropierea pârtiilor costa 700 dinari, iar biletul de autobus dus-întors de la pârtie de persoană costa 600 dinari. Gazda este foarte amabilă, nu este în locație, însă prin telefon rezolvă problemele ce se pot ivi. Apartamentul arată exact ca în poze, iar confortul este bun. Noi ne-am simțit foarte bine. Mulțumim gazdei pentru tot!

În prima zi și în ultima zi din cele cinci petrecute acolo nu am avut internet. Ni s-a explicat că s-a atins limita de 150 GB din abonamentul locației. Consider un minus lucrul acesta, întrucât în facilitățile apartamentului nu există o specificație de acest fel.

The apartment looked nice and the host was very responsive. Floor heating is a nice touch!

The apartment is not really equipped for a longer stay. We really missed a dishwasher and a washing machine. The kitchen water heater is small and you end up washing dishes with cold water. We stayed 10 nights, and no one cleaned our apartment, changed the bed sheets, towels, etc. There wasn't even a multi purpose cleaner so we can wipe the table. The vacuum cleaner was full of dirt, no one cleaned it before we arrived. No trash bags, no soap or shampoo on the arrival either. We had problems with electricity during our stay and even though the host was very responsive, the hotel stuff that was supposed to fix the problem wasn't. The whole arrangement is a little weird since the apartments are privately owned, the host is not located on site and the hotel is supposed to help you with any problems, but they don't really care because you're not a hotel guest. Lastly, the apartment does not accept credit cards. Paying in cash or through Western Union is not really convenient, plus I don't think Booking would reimburse you for any problems you might experience during your stay since you didn't pay through their website. Anyway, the apartments look nice and have so much potential, but they're missing some key details. Unfortunately I don't think I will be staying here again.
