The luxury penthouse 4.05 is located just a few minutes’ walk from the Baltic Sea on the 4th floor of the “White Pearl” and offers 158 m² of space for 4 people—your dog is also welcome!

The spacious penthouse features two separate bedrooms, each equipped with a double box-spring bed and access to its own furnished terrace. One of the bedrooms also has its own bathroom with a shower. There is also a light-filled living area that opens onto the open-concept, fully equipped kitchen with a cooking island, as well as the beautiful dining area. Another luxurious bathroom with a shower rounds out the penthouse.

Highlights of the penthouse include a private glass-enclosed sauna (2.37 m x 1.19 m) and the magnificent, furnished terrace with a beach chair, which invites you to relax in the fresh sea air—there is a partial ocean view!

The apartment includes an underground parking space. This apartment is barrier-free in accordance with the LBO.


Complex:

The White Pearl has been open since July 2019 in one of the best locations on Timmendorfer Strand! The building itself has been in existence since 1994. In 2018–2019, it was completely gutted, stripped down to the shell, and fully renovated.

The result is a first-class vacation property with 65 apartments ranging from 40 to 157 square meters, spread across a basement with underground parking, the first floor through the 3rd floor, and a penthouse level.

The underground parking garage is accessed via the street “An der Waldkapelle,” and each parking space is equipped with a 220-volt electrical outlet. An additional 28 parking spaces are located in front of the complex, accessible via “Strandallee.”

Our reception desk, where guests can check in and access the concierge service, is located at the main entrance on the first floor.

Each apartment has its own balcony or terrace, which are equipped with privacy screens to ensure privacy.

Some of the ground-floor apartments, which face south, are duplexes with sleeping areas located in the lower level, offering access to south-facing terraces.

Some of the apartments are designed to be barrier-free. These are located in the new addition and on the staggered floor. The basement also features a bicycle storage room, a laundry room, and trash storage areas for the apartments.

Beach access is located diagonally across from the complex on the other side of the street. The distance from the complex to the beach is approximately 150 m.

As the name suggests, the town of Timmendorfer Strand is located directly on the kilometer-long, white sandy beach of Lübeck Bay.

Timmendorfer Strand is one of Germany’s best-known and most popular Baltic Sea resorts, boasting excellent infrastructure.

The newly redesigned, beautiful promenade features an impressive variety of attractive leisure activities and exclusive shopping opportunities.
