I shall comment at BAD for first impression.
I went to their city office in old town, and the reception meet me was very cheerful & helpful, she received Damage Deposit of 100Euro by Credit Card. She was very corporative and flexible, very different from officer who communicated with me via message concerning Deposit in advance the check in.
Apartment itself is as expected, beautiful view of Old Town & Sea, very convenient location for going out & shopping.
After Booing is confirmed, I received message from officer they gonna charge 100Euro of Damage Deposit, by Bank Transfer or through payment service. In case Bank Deposit, I had to pay 15-20Euro of transaction fee, and payment service, 5.5% of transmission charge required additionally. Finally they said they can receive by Cash at their city office in advance the check in, so I needed to go there on the way to the apartment.
I strongly recommend to the management of apartment to show 100Euro of Damage Deposit right before the "Confirm Booking", not show it at the hidden place under the photo.

The apartment is excellent, you have a great view of the old town at a distance, I particularly enjoyed to see the snow fall and the rooftops become white from the huge living room windows. The apartment is modern, great kitchen, washing machine, spacious. A comfortable desk for working and good internet.
I was asked to pay a 100 euro security deposit before check in. After check out I was sent pictures of a small table that had a tilted leg, and I was asked to give explanations, while my deposit was kept. Luckily I had made a video right after check in and the table already had a tilted leg. Eventually my deposit was refunded. I strongly advice future guests to make a recording of the apartment as soon as you check in to avoid putting your security deposit at risk.
