Good location within the Old Town, which is very beautiful. Very spacious 2nd floor flat (N.B. there is no lift for those that need one). Small capacity but new washing machine which we found very useful halfway through our tour of the Baltic. Spacious bathroom. Lovely carved woodwork (as can be seen on the pictures). We didn't use the spa bath or sauna.
There is no oven, only an electric hob and microwave. The pictures show a iron-style oven, but it is linked to a fire which is out of use, and so the oven is not available. It would be helpful if the description makes this very clear.
Kitchen/dining equipment is limited - things like pans, glasses, etc. It was fine for 2 of us.
Some aspects needed some minor attention - nothing major, but it is looking a little tired in places.

Great location in the heart of the old city. Excellent restaurants around- visit Pulla for cinnamon rolls and focaccia bread. The suite is very large with a kitchen. We had trouble getting on wi-fi as the password was difficult to locate - the owner responded promptly.
We were visiting during the song festival and there are several bats near the property. We had close the window or the noise was very loud. Given the full kitchen and the coffee machine, it might have been nice to have some coffee pods available.

Massive room, good price, great location, comfortable bed
Unfortunately, even after asking, we still couldn't get the sauna to work, minor inconvenience for what else we got for the money and to be honest it wasn't an issue and we hope to book again.

Most of the devices in the house were unusable and broken, like the microwave, water boiler, mostly the BED, one part of the bed was this broken that whenever I got in, it was going down. Only thing was working was the TV and washing machine, that at the end was nowhere to dry them.
