La ubicació, les vistes i la mida (era prou per 4 persones adultes)

El pany de la porta fallava constantment, si no encertaves el punt exacte on la clau funcionava, no obria i tancava, una mica estressant, la veritat! Pel que fa a la neteja, vam trobar algun cabell que no era nostre :-/

No blackout to keep the bedroom dark, the toilette is a bit dated, there is a pipe on the outside, near the window, that makes noise when it rains (it may wake you up during the night)

Die Lage mit direktem Blick auf den Raekoja Plats ist herausragend. Man hat eine tolle Aussicht und ist mitten in der Altstadt. Trotzdem ist die Wohnung durch die super schallisolierten Fenster sehr ruhig. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist so, dass man sich gut selbst verpflegen kann. Das Wohnzimmer mit den beiden Schlafsofas ist gross und die Wohnung war sauber.

Wir waren zu fünft und es gab nur 4 Stühle, was ein gemeinsames Frühstück herausfordernd machte. Die Anleitung für die Schliessanlage zur Wohnung war zwar sehr genau, dennoch mussten wir sehr viel probieren, bis wir die richtige Position für den Schlüssel im Schloss gefunden hatten, damit auf- und zuschliessen möglich war.

Location was perfect, specially for Christmas market time. Spacious and bright apartment.

The “master” bed was not stable at all, it it swung from one side to another, we were scared to sleep there because it felt like it is going to break. So my husband slept in the other room with single bed and me and our toddler slept on the couch since it was the safest option. The apartment was not very clean in the small spaces and corners, there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher (probably from the previous customers), dirty socks in the washing machine (since I had to use it, I had to throw them away), bedding was clean but it had long hairs on it anyway, as well as the couch had long hairs on. Pretty worn furniture overall, mould in the shower. Also note that the wooden windows look charming, but they do not insulate well - cold air came in quite noticeably. Summary: The price mainly reflects the location. The apartment itself needs significant upgrades and better cleaning.
