Furniture is outdated. The bed I slept in was not comfortable as each time I moved it made a lot of noise…

Väga mugav ja mõnusalt avar korter. Stiilne. Tore, et on ilusti välja toodud vanad suured lae talad. Super vägevad! Vau efektiga koht! Tore, et köögis oli oliiviõli, sool, pipar ja suhkur kasutada. Aitähh! Aga oleks hea kui oleks ka köögipaber ja lapike, millega saaks lauda puhtaks tõmmata. Oli nuustik, aga sellega saab ainult nõusid pesta. Mõnus boonus oli mullivann! Üldiselt mugav korter ka pikemaajaliseks puhkuseks :) - kõik vajalik on olemas. Sooviks mainida ka seda, et kohe kõrval majas on väike armas - vaateplatvormi kohvik. Kus saab hommikust einestada, kui omal pole just üheks ööks hommikusöök varutud . . .

Kahjuks minuni ei jõudnud võtmete info enne kui olin juba kohal ja ringi otsimas kuidas siseneda. Kui helistasin, siis keegi vastu ei võtnud, et mulle infot anda. Peale seda helistamist lõpuks saadeti pildid ja info, aga võtme koht tabalukus oli väga keeruline kätte saada. Kahjuks meil jäid saunamõnud saamata, sest saun lihtsalt ei läinud soojaks. Kuigi järgisin võõrustaja pilte, mida ta saatis, millises kohas peaks olema nupud/näidikud, ei läinud saun tööle. Ma ei mõista milles oli asi, aga sooja ega kuuma sauna me ei saanud :((

Sijainti oli rauhallinen, palvelu oli hyvää, majoituspaikan yhteyshenkilö oli ystävällinen ja avulias.

It's certainly quite large and affordable. The location is great - a nice, quiet part of Tallinn's wonderful medieval town center. If you need no more than two actual bedrooms (see below) and don't mind a bit of a downmarket vibe, it may be completely fine for you.

The apartment does NOT have three bedrooms by any but an extremely generous definition. This is the main reason for my relatively low rating, and I'd go lower if I weren't giving the hosts the benefit of the doubt in terms of this somehow potentially being a language or cultural-definition-of-a-bedroom barrier. But factually, the third 'bedroom' is a small hallway space adjacent to one of the real bedrooms but with zero privacy. From either actual bedroom, you have to cross this space to get to the living room, kitchen, shower or toilet - where, by the way, you can't flush the toilet paper (common in some countries but not in Estonia, to my knowledge). The whole place also has a slightly run-down vibe and looks in need of some basic repairs and better maintenance. There were random mini-puddles of water on the floor of one bedroom when we arrived, possibly from cleaning. Equipment is super basic. It's large, it wasn't filthy, so it's probably OK as a budget option for people who are fine with this layout. But we were specifically looking for something with three bedrooms, and what you actually get stretches the definition of the term to the point of being an inaccurate listing in my book, in addition to the more minor issues described.
