The location, the cleanliness and convenience.
The correct lockbox number, the one given to us didn’t exist and so we tried the lockbox nearest to it and hit gold. We had 2 double beds and a double sofa bed. I thought I’d booked a double, a sofa bed and 2 singles but I couldn’t check my reservation and the info wasn’t in the booking emails.

The location was perfect, with a bus straight from the bus station arriving nearby and a 5 min walk into old town. The kitchen was perfect for our needs. The shower is a decent pressure, although it leaves the bathroom floor very wet.
The beds are very soft - one of our party had to sleep on the sofa as he couldn't sleep on the mattress. It will only be an issue for people who can't sleep on softer mattresses.
