Loved the apartment, with kitchen, dishwasher and down stairs is a free laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer. It's very clean and it was well designed

Up stairs, but keeps you fit

The location made everything we wanted to see accessible. Was quite spacious and the facilities were modern and well equipped. Also bob was very nice. Had a lot of towels and 2 washrooms.

Didn’t have a Netflix or other streaming platform profile so couldn’t watch a film unless you sign in yourself. Had a bedroom with no windows because we were on the ground floor, wasn’t very homey.

The property itself is great — clean, modern, and well located.

I’ve stayed here three times, and unfortunately experienced similar service issues on each stay, which suggests this is a consistent problem rather than an isolated incident. The service is not client-centric and focuses more on explaining why requests can’t be fulfilled than on finding solutions. Communication is unclear, requiring multiple follow-ups to get simple answers. Early check-in is charged extra even when the room is already clean and ready. If you need flexibility, a traditional hotel is a better option.
