They wanted to charge us to get into the room 30 min early when they had just said the room was clean and ready.

Fantastic location and exceptional facilities that made the entire stay comfortable and convenient. The property was clean, modern, and very well maintained, with everything easily accessible throughout the visit. I especially appreciated how simple it was to access the building and services through the application, as well as the option to purchase additional amenities directly within the app. The overall experience felt smooth, organised, and stress free from start to finish. The location was also excellent, making it easy to explore Tallinn and enjoy the surrounding area. I would gladly stay here again anytime I am in Tallinn.

The shower head is definitely missing a washer.

The property itself is great — clean, modern, and well located.

I’ve stayed here three times, and unfortunately experienced similar service issues on each stay, which suggests this is a consistent problem rather than an isolated incident. The service is not client-centric and focuses more on explaining why requests can’t be fulfilled than on finding solutions. Communication is unclear, requiring multiple follow-ups to get simple answers. Early check-in is charged extra even when the room is already clean and ready. If you need flexibility, a traditional hotel is a better option.
