Central Lootsi Penthouse

Es war sehr viel Platz, da es eigentlich zwei zusammenhängende Wohnungen für je zwei Personen sind und wir waren zu dritt. Die Aussicht und die Dachterrasse sind toll (dass es überhaupt eine gibt). Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Wir bekamen die Möglichkeit unser Gepäck vor der eigentlichen Checkin Zeit in der Wohnung abzustellen, was eine große Erleichterung war. Direkt in der Nähe befindet sich ein Einkaufszentrum mit einem Supermarkt. Der Checkin ist einfach und in einer WhatsApp Nachricht und Fotos gut beschrieben. Es gibt genügend Handtücher und auch die Qualität ist gut- das wurde in früheren Bewertungen bemängelt.

Die Kommunikation war leider extrem schlecht. Auf unserer Anfrage nach einem frühen Checkin oder der Möglichkeit, das Gepäck irgendwo abzustellen, kam absolut keine Antwort. Auch auf Anrufe, WhatsApp und andere Nachrichten, die wir an eine automatisch übermittelte Nummer geschrieben haben, kam keine Reaktion. Genau dazu wurde aber in dieser automatischen Nachricht aufgefordert. Wenn dann keine Antwort kommt und keine Erreichbarkeit ermöglicht wird, ist man plötzlich nicht sicher, ob die Buchung überhaupt zu Stande kommt. Ich dachte schon , es sei etwas passiert. Letztendlich ist alles gut ausgegangen und selbst unser Wunsch ist Gepäck abzustellen, wurde ermöglicht. Aber das war erst einen Tag vor Anreise klar. Was uns wirklich gestört hat, ist, dass eine der Toiletten (und zwar die an unserem Schlafzimmer, die andere ist in der anderen Wohnung und dort fällt immer die Türklinke ab, so dass man sie ungern benutzt) keinen Toilettendeckel hatte. Wenn man weiß, wohin die Aerosole bei einer Toilettenspülung überall hinfliegen können, mag man seine Zahnbürste nicht auspacken.

Toplocatie, modern en ruim. Van alle gemakken voorzien.

Klein puntje ter verbetering. Hang en sluitwerk mag nagelopen worden. Deurkrukken en knoppen vielen er hier en daar af. En de gordijn hingen op een paar plakken los.

Spacious bright apartment, nice view of the near harbour. Easy to reach the old town by public transport, good car park (underground). Good beds, 4 air conditions (and you will need all of them if the sun shines). If everything in the apartment would be maintained and renovated, it would be nearly perfect.

Bad communication. I had a question concerning the checkin, did not get an answer for several days, though I kept asking (which was ignored). I also did not get the checkin information until very late. In the night before checkin (when I thought of communicating to Booking that I will not be able to check in), I got the information (late), without excuse. And the hirer seemed very offended that I had asked several times. I am traveling a lot, had never experienced this. To the apartment: Obviously nobody cares if things are broken, many small things are, like several door handles, the cushions of the couch that have holes, the curtains in the main room. Not many dishes in the kitchen (the houserules say that you will be fined if you break a glass or plate, but will this be ever replaced?). Apartment gets hot as soon as the sun shines, and the windows cannot be opened, so you always need the air condition (and have no fresh air).

Tilava ja viihtyisä asunto. Ilmalämpöpumppu plussaa. Kahden pariskunnan majoittuessa, asunnon sai loistavasti erotettua kahtia. Sijainti erinomainen. Autopaikka talossa huippu. Ohjeistus majoitukseen ja avainten saantiin, paikoitukseen ensiluokkaista.

Olohuoneen matto kaipaisi pesua.
