Nice clean and spacious apartment in a great location a few minutes walk from the centre of Zermatt and various transport stations. Basic mis-matched furnishings with some items showing age, but nice new kitchen and bathroom. Beds comfy and linens nice quality. Situated in the basement of the Capricorn Hotel (but not underground) with windows and a balcony so nice and light. Access by a separate door or via hotel reception. Use of complimentary coffee machine and honesty bar in the hotel was a nice bonus. Hotel owners and all staff we saw were very pleasant and helpful. Our doggo was welcomed too.
Kitchen cupboards contained some random items and a few useful things were missing, but they were provided on request. It's a shame spa access is charged extra to apartment guests, at least a few complimentary tokens would be nice.

Einrichtung (Stühle) sehr alt. Betten sind neuer, Bad neu renoviert.
