A delightful place in the city centre with all necessities at hand

Most definitely, the location. Also the style and furnishings made me feel right at home. The comfort of the beds were a big plus.

That it was right on top of a pub, but closing the windows at the front of the building and having the windows open at the back helps a lot. Also against anything that is being smoked.

The stairs were narrow and steep. These take getting used to especially if you are unfamiliar with Dutch style stairs. All good, just don’t expect to run up or down the stairs.

A very comfortable apartment in a very walkable neighborhood.

We loved the space --- it was full of light and had lots of thoughtful touches, like fresh flowers and a bottle of wine. The kitchen had all of the utensils and things we needed to cook, which was great! The patio was also a wonderful place to eat dinner and relax!

The bar downstairs is very, very loud until the early hours of the morning. It's not so bad if you shut all the windows.

Middelburg De Croone, in the middle of town

The space was amazing! 2 bedrooms, comfy beds, warm bathroom, 2 toilets, well equipped kitchen and lovely living room, well heated. Great location in the middle of city center. In summer with bars open, I can imagine it being a little noisy. On the other hand: who wants to be inside during summer anyway?

Perfect apartment in the center of Middelburg

We liked everything, very well situated, just renovated, clean, spacious, with all sort of facilities, including a little terrace at the back of the house with views of the roofs of the Vleshal.We loved it!!! We felt really comfortable, we could habe stayed one more week easily!!!

Heerlijk genoten van de faciliteiten, locatie en heerlijke bedden!

De keuken had een heel leuk zithoekje waar je in de ochtend heerlijk voor het raam kon ontbijten. Dat gaf echt een vakantie gevoel. Ook de bedden lagen heerlijk, het appartement was lekker ruim en alles was erg schoon! Wij hadden een baby bij en er was ruimte genoeg voor een campingbedje en om te spelen. Ook was het appartement voorzien van handige faciliteiten zoals stopcontacten en een lampknop naast je bed, een vaatwasser en oven, en voldoende opbergruime voor je kleding en spullen.

De douche was heerlijk alleen de douchedeur sloot niet goed. Daardoor liep er veel water de badkamer in. Dat was vooral jammer van de fijne, zachte handdoeken!

Perfecte ligging middenin centrum en uitgaansgebied (dus in het weekend kan het wat lawaaierig zijn buiten wij hebben er geen last van gehad)

Muy agradable y cómodo.

Lo mejor es la ubicación

Las escaleras son muy incómodas, en concreto el último tramo que sube a las habitaciones. Pedimos una cafetera italiana para poder hacer café con grano molido fresco pero no se nos facilitó. Creo que es un utensilio de bajo coste que se le puede ofrecer al huésped que le gusta el café recién hecho y no de cápsula.

Es war wirklich sehr schön, man konnte sich wohl fühlen in der Wohnung und zu Fuß zu den Restaurants und Läden laufen.

Die Wohnung war wirklich sehr sauber und einladend. Die Ausstattung war auch sehr gut. Besonders die Betten waren sehr bequem.

Nachts war es schon sehr laut durch die feiernden Menschen auf der Straße (in der Gasse). Die Treppen waren auch sehr steil, das ist für ältere Leute nicht ganz so optimal.

NIET in het weekend naartoe gaan!

Het is een net en ruim appartement voor 4 personen met een badkamer en losse toilet bij de slaapkamers. Voor door de week een goede locatie en mooi verblijf.

Appartement ligt boven een kroeg in "het" uitgaansgebied voor jongeren. In het weekend is er dus enorm veel lawaai (we lagen tot 3 uur 's nachts te trillen in ons bed van de harde muziek). En er was veel lawaai op straat van hangende dronken jongeren waardoor je geen raam open kan zetten. Tenzij je zelf tot midden in de nacht op vrijdag en zaterdag wil stappen zou ik dit appartement NIET huren in het weekend!

Vriendinnen uitje .

De locatie is top de bedden zijn heerlijk ,een prima badkamer gezellige huiskamer en een keuken met alles wat je nodig hebt ,het hele appartement is ruim en schoon !

Omdat het mooi weer was en we ook buiten konden zitten had het leuk geweest als het dakterras ook wat gezelligger was gemaakt daar staat een tafel en 4 stoelen (heel nuttig) op een vrij groot terras ,een beetje kaal dus , Er ziijn 3 TV 's in huis en er was er niet 1 die het deed,misschien lag dat aan ons ,maar misschien is het handig om een gebruiksaanwijzing neer te leggen !

Heerlijke locatie in hartje Middelburg.

De ligging is fantastisch. Alles wat we bezochten was op loopafstand van het appartement. Heel comfortabel.

De woonruimte is niet te verluchten, de ramen mogen niet open. Op de dag van vertrek kon onze bagage niet blijven staan, terwijl we nog een dag in Middelburg bleven en we met de trein waren gekomen.

Prima appartement in een mooie stad

Het interieur. De bedden, de keuken en de badkamer. Ook de ligging in het centrum en zo dicht bij het station. Aan alles is gedacht en alles ziet er prima uit.

Het geluid van het uitgaansleven tot bijna 6 uur in de morgen is niet zo fijn om te slapen. Het was warm weer en de ramen moesten open voor wat verkoeling. Dan valt het lawaai extra op. Maar alles went en na de eerste nacht werd het slapen beter.

Leider war am Stadtplatz Rummel und die Lärmbelästigung war extrem von Mittag bis Mitternacht. Darüber sollte man im Voraus informiert werden. Die Parksituation ist nicht optimal.

Prettig verblijf voor doorgaanse weekdagen

Hoe mooi en groot het appartement was, we hebben genoten van alle faciliteiten in het huis. Maar je hebt veel Leuke winkels, cafés, restaurants dus wij hebben ons kunnen vermaken. En de bedden lagen super fijn je kon ze helemaal verstellen.

Ondanks vermeld op papier in de woning. (Niet online gelezen). Overlast van mensen die uitgaan in het weekend.

Tolles Appartement wenn auch bei unserem Aufenthalt etwas zu laut.

Das Appartement ist sehr gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Alles ist vorhanden und alles ist sehr sauber! Die Lage ist sehr zentral.

Leider ist es sehr laut, die Zimmer sind in Richtung der Straße, wo viele lange Parties gefeiert werden. Das ist wahrscheinlich nur in den Sommermonaten und bei schönem Wetter ein Problem, wenn die Jugendlichen lange im Freien feiern. Auch der Check in um 15:00 Uhr konnte keine Minute vorverlegt werden, was schade ist, wenn man, so wie wir, über Nacht aus Österreich anreist und sich gerne ausruhen möchte.

Super Wohnung für einen Stadturlaub im wunderschönen Middelburg

Die Lage ist mitten in der Stadt. Allerdings darf man nur bis 11 Uhr a das Appartment fahren. Wir hatten viel Gepäck :-( Schöne Schlafzimmer mit tollen Betten. Die Treppe ist abenteuerlich und nichts für alte oder gehandicapte Leute. Aber ist halt historisch. Zweites WC oben - top Guter und schneller Kontakt zum Vermieter Ganze Wohnung schön eingerichtet.

Die Töpfe in der Küche und das Besteck muss mal neu. Wasser in der Dusche und Badezimmer lief erst nicht ab. Wurde aber behoben. Samstags extrem laut weil ganz Middelburg am feiern ist - Ohrstöpsel empfehlenswert. Sonst aber schön ruhig

Een heerlijk appartement. Zeer centraal gelegen in centrum Middelburg. Alles wat nodig is voor een weekend weg was aanwezig.

Niets viel tegen. Voor mensen die minder goed te been zijn, is dit misschien niet het ideale appartement. Er zijn nogal wat stijle trappen.

Für einen Städtetrip wunderbar

Sehr schönes und gemütliches Appartement. Alles da, was man braucht. Zentraler geht es nicht, wenn man in der Stadt wohnen möchte. Es sollte einem klar sein, dass man in einer sehr belebten Straße mit Pubs und Restaurants wohnt! Wir fanden es dort sehr schön. Man sollte auch bedenken, dass die Treppen, wie in so vielen alten, niederländischen Häusern sehr steil und schmal sind.

Dass man wg. Lärmschutz die Fenster in Küche und Wohnzimmer nicht öffnen konnte und durfte, fanden wir sehr befremdlich und nicht gut gelöst.

Mooie accommodatie op een goede locatie.

Uitstekende locatie om Middelburg te verkennen, het appartement is van alle gemakken te voorzien perfect voor 2 stellen.

Het is een oud pand, wat karakter geeft, maar in de straat zijn een aantal cafés deze hoor je wel op zaterdag avond. Wij hebben er geen overlast van gehad.
