La décoration et l'aménagement intérieur de l'appartement. La petite terrasse pour prendre un petit déjeuner au soleil est un véritable plus. La situation géographique est très bonne. L'appartement se situe dans une rue calme, donc pas de bruits constants de véhicules. Le centre ville, les commerces et les restaurants sont accessibles en seulement quelques minutes à pied.
