Charming place full of nature and hospitality

Absolutely charming place in the middle of nature, beautifully decorated and super well equipped. The owner was very nice and easygoing. We could make use of everything in and around the house as at home. We enjoyed every second of our stay. Great for kids and dogs and nature lovers. Would recommend 100%.

Extraordinarily cosy house with an idyllic garden. A little hideaway and fantastic home away from home.

There is everything you need. Even a wood-pellet stove that is easy to use and warms the place within minutes on cold evenings. Irene is an incredibly welcoming host and lives next door, so in case anything could be needed, she’s right there. We were two adults and two kids and the bedrooms are upstairs. The house is a converted barn and has a huge garden with a playground and a trampoline. the house and garden are so cosy that it’s hard to do little excursions for a day because you’ll regret not having spent time there. The garden has old apple trees and a lovely wooden pub table with benches that reminded me of English pubs. Having breakfast outside in the fresh May mornings was pure bliss.

Ein kleines Paradies!

Es ist ein sehr schöner, geschützter, sehr ruhiger und romantischer Ort inmitten der Natur. Man ist zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad sofort auf wunderschönen Wegen die in das wunderschöne Veere oder nach Middelburg führen. Das umgebenden Grün ist auf schöne Art wild / natürlich und dennoch sehr gut gepflegt. Der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen und erholen.

Als jemand der (auch im Urlaub) gerne kocht, hätte ich mich über Messer, die auch schneiden und ein paar ordentliche Töpfe mit Deckel und etwas schöneres Besteck sehr gefreut. Das ist aber Stöhnen auf hohem Niveau und leider oft Standard in Ferienunterkünften. Wahrscheinlich kommt es auch häufig vor, dass Gäste „versehentlich“ etwas mitnehmen.

Underbart semesterhus för familj (och hund!) i ett jättebra läge för att utforska Zeeland

Mycket fint litet hus som var perfekt för vår familj med två vuxna och två barn. Det vi framförallt uppskattade var den enormt stora trädgården med en rolig lekplats för barnen (min dotter spenderade timmar varje dag på studsmattan), att det fanns ytterligare leksaker för barn i alla åldrar tillgängliga inne i huset och att vår hund var varmt välkommen. Läget är perfekt för att besöka trevliga platser på Zeeland. Allt man behöver finns i huset och även om vi aldrig behövde kontakta värden så hade vi deras kontaktdetaljer och hade lätt kunnat få hjälp om det varit aktuellt. Vi kan verkligen tänka oss att komma tillbaka.

Allt var verkligen perfekt men om jag måste hitta något "fel" så skulle det varit bra om det fanns en mikro. Vi hade svårt att värma flaskor och mat till vår bebis, men det var inget stort problem och påverkade inte vår vistelse negativt.
