De vriendelijkheid van het personeel, de locatie, de netheid van het hele hotel, het makkelijke parkeren bij het hotel en het uitgebreide ontbijt.
Dit voldeed echt aan onze verwachtingen en heb eigenlijk geen tegenvallende punten,, ga zo door!!

The staff were very polite and helpful. One even put extra time into finding out information about the bus that I would need for my onward travels. The room with mountain view was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was plentiful. It is only a few minutes walk from a car ferry that goes every half hour across to the western side of lake. You can easily take it as a foot passenger and then pick up ferries to Limone, Malescine, Riva and also destinations on eastern shores. It is more regular than ferry in town.

Es gibt eigentlich nichts, nur wenn ich auf meinem Zimmer noch einen kleinen Kühlschrank gehabt hätte, wäre es perfekt
