Brilliant place to spend weekend away

Great hotel, and very warm welcome. Received upgrade of the room with panoramic views of the lake, castle and mountains. Lady at the reception was very helpful, recommended local place where we could have some late night snack, as we've checked in quite late (after 21:00) Great buffet selection for the breakfast

Great central location in peace

The hotel room was quite large and everything worked well and was well maintained. No noise from other rooms, as well the curtains could be used to really make the room dark. The breakfast was amazing with a large offer to choose from. Staff was very helpful and friendly. To be recommended !

Beautiful property - very laid back and friendly. Very walkable to the town center. Did not have to use the car at all & I use portable oxygen.

The only issue were the beds & pillows - Extremely hard-

We paid quite a lot of money for a room with balcony. There was no view, the balcony was facing towards to another building. That was the most disapointing thing. There was only option to get a room with balcony. Noone expect such a "no" view. Parking also was not included in the price. They charged us for two days altough we stayed only one night.

Very friendly staff and a nice location

A clean hotel with in a very convenient location. The staff at the reception were extremely friendly and helpful. There is a safe Parking Garage perfect for motorcycle travelers. The view from the room was nice.

Sehr gutes Frühstück

Die Betten eine Katastrophale,uns wurde allerdings ein anderes Zimmer angeboten zum Testen wegen der Matratze ,aber für meine Rückenschmerzen war das zu spät .Die Besitzer waren sehr nett und bemüht.Wir sind dann nach einer Nacht wieder abgereist.

Wir waren enttäuscht

Das Frühstück war gut.Die Lage des Hotels war Sehr gut.

Man konnte jeden Tag die lauten Geräusche der Küche hören.Das Zimmer roch muffig weil die Toilettentür nicht ganz zu schließen war und keine frische Luft in das Zimmer gelangen konnte. Schmutzige Handtücher wurden nicht gewechselt sondern vom Boden auf den Haken gehängt.
