Beautiful place by lake Garda

Loved everything about this place. Situated a short walk from the lake and center, with beautiful views. We were allowed to check in early, we had car parking, and being off season, it was all very quiet and peaceful. We used the gym and the sauna, which was excellent. The bedroom was huge, and our 3 kids managed to sleep on the pull out sofa and armchair in the living/kitchen area. Would highly recommend it? Helpful staff, beautiful surrounding. The apartment is slightly dated, but has everything one would need.

Nothing, loved everything. Be prepared to carry your suitcases through some stairs but it wasn’t an issue for us

We would have enjoyed more fresh breakfast variety, but it was sufficient for one of our mornings.

Lovely relaxing family weekend.

Very relaxing and comfortable rooms with great views. Close to town if you want to walk to the lake and restaurants. The restaurant onsite was great.

Perfect accommodation in quaint little town on Lake Garda

Wonderful apartment hotel on Lake Garda. Pool is perfect and the bar service is great for an afternoon snack. We actually ended up extending our planned stay by 1 night. Very central next to the pier for dinner with a view and faces west for the nicest sunsets everyday evening.

Rooms are quite warm, limited AC. Just need to refresh in the pool :)

Fantastic stay - would definitely recommend.

Lovely accommodation in a perfect location with amazing views of the Lake. The staff were helpful and friendly and breakfast was nice. The complex was immaculately kept with ample parking spaces.

Bed a little hard, but that's just a small issue.

excellent staff and place with good value for money

the property is well located though the approach is a bit challenging especially if one has a large vehicle. It is in a quiet town but has excellent boat links and we used the ferry to get across with our car saving more than an hour. the views from the place are absolutely stunning and one can just stay there! very friendly and helpful staff

it is in a quiet town ( at least in early April) so I gather if one wants to be in the middle of activity this might not be a place at this time the year but overall a fantastic place to stay though has only 1 bathroom if there are 5 people might need to get up early Also, 2 beds are in the attic so might not be so suitable / practical for someone with mobility issues

Lovely location and great views.

The location and private parking garage were great, as was the view of Lake Garda. The only downside was that the walls were quite thin which meant you could hear what was happening in the rooms next door and outside.

Fantastic place to stay

Absolutely fantastic place to stay. From the location, facilities, food and friendly and attentative staff our stay was excellent. We would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a proper getaway with beautiful views of Lake Garda. If only we could stay longer.

Great location, great view, excellent staff

Great location and our room had a view to the lake, which we enjoyed. Staff was very accommodating to our late check-in. Bonus points for the sauna, swimming pool and fitness room. Overall great experience.

The fitness room could be better equipped with a few more weights and smith machines, but that was not a deal-breaker during our stay

Small amout of noise from the room above ours but not too bad. Maid missed changing our bedding on the 3rd day. Parking in the garages is a bit tricky as the spaces are very tight.

The facilities were very clean. The people at reception were extremely friendly and efficient! The parking was good for the area where it can be tenuous at best to find parking. We only had 1 night and had to leave very early so we did not take advantage of all that they had to offer but everything looked so clean and the breakfast room was very comfortable.

Excellent location, quiet, friendly

Stayed here 5 years ago, good stay then so happy to book again. Room 23, lake view apartment. Location is excellent, easy drive from Verona - short walk to the town, views across the lake stunning, very quiet and tranquil, good sized apartment - lounge/kitchen, bedroom, bathroom. Patio and seating area nice but beware the hungry mosquitos! Pretty decent self catering facilities, free on site laundry a bonus and free parking was fine (always got a space although a tight squeeze). Friendly and helpful staff. There is a steep hill up to the residence but not a problem for us. Would consider staying again. It was carnival in the town when we stayed, had a ball!

Old air con struggled in the heat, needs updating. Small but adequate bathroom (shower only), kitchen, furniture and general decor in the rooms a bit tired - metal bedside tables were at best functional - had to ask for a coffee maker and dish towels as not provided (promptly provided when requested) - could do with a toaster in kitchen and TV in bedroom - website pictures show a cafetière and a TV in bedroom on booking.com. Lighting was dim, a reading lamp in the Lounge would be good.

The front desk personnel was friendly. It seems the hotel does not put extra effort in 'connecting' with the customer to create loyalty. in that respect it would have made sense for someone from management to show their face in the hotel or at the front desk. Maybe they did and I was not aware.

Perfect located, nice residence, though prices (in august 2022) totally out of proportion

Perfect location: quiet and peaceful, yet only a few mins walk to the lake and centre of Torri. (Most) rooms with great view of the lake, many services (free bikes, car parking included, room to do you laundry, etc). Great bar with fabulous view. Breakfast (paid) is decent (but not fabulous). Resort has multiple levels (with lifts) and surprises you with places to sit and views at each level: there is a mini hot-tub like pool at the top level with a glorious view of Lake Garda, a perfect place to see the sunset and there are 2 luxuries beds at a plateau a little higher. Resort looks nice though it could use some maintenance here and there; some sun beds are getting old, wooden floors of sun terrace need to be replaced, etc. All in all we loved it so much we prolonged our stay twice to stay a total of 16 nights, which says enough!

Parking from hell: some places are almost impossible, count on some extra minutes (and sweat) to get your car in and out. Main con: Price-quality ratio is nowhere near reasonable. Yes, it was expensive everywhere @ Garda this year in August, but we had to move to a slightly bigger room for 2 days and they bluntly asked €360,- a night for that. Including breakfast, that would be almost €390 a night! That is completely out of their league (we stayed at Du Lac at du Parc Grand Resort in Riva for less than that and that really is something different). The rooms are decent, but VERY basic with little service. Airco does not do much, kitchen is very small, no coffee/thee facilities, very basic beds and pillows, toiletries only supplied once a stay, towels and bed linen once every 3 days, cleaning was one time skipped altogether, no welcome drink or bottle of water or anything that would cost them a little money. We found quite some stuff broken (mostly lights). Rooms are perfectly fine for a €70-€120 room max, but not more. Our induction cooker also gave up once and apparently blew the fuse halfway the day, so everything in our fridge got flaky. As we returned late in the evening and we could not cook we asked them to order a pizza for us or give us keys to another room so we could cook there. The former was out of the question, the latter only agreed after very long phone call with the boss. Cooker only half worked and then stopped in that other room too. Not a holiday spoiler, but why make it so hard just to get a key to the adjacent and empty room? Our small room (20m2) was almost €300,- (excl. breakfast) a day too. For that you expect some quality and service. Arrange a free breakfast or some other small gesture for the inconvenience and compensation of spoiled food I would say. While this all may sound negative, we would still like and recommend the place! It’s a great stay if they lower their prices to match the quality.

A perfect place for lazy days

Ca de Lago is a very nice place to stay in Torri del Benaco in an elevated location just 5 minutes from the city centre. Nice bar and breakfast restaurant next to the pool (serves lunch as well). Underground parking on the premises with surveillance. Friendly and helpful staff, nice and clean rooms. Great view over the lake. Tranquil and relaxing and a perfect place for lazy days.

Very good

The place is well cared for and it has amazing views over the Lago di Garda and Torri del Benaco. The pool was lovely, clean and with enough chairs and umbrellas for everyone there. We also had the Italian Breakfast (Cappuccino + Apricot Croissant) for 5€ each, which was delicious!

The rooms decor was a bit dated, but had an Italian charm to it.

Amazing stay

Our room (42) was fantastic. We had an enormous terrace overlooking the lake. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. the pool was a few steps away which was very convenient with a Toddler

There was an lot of wind the first few days and there must have been plastic in the roof as it sounded like the roof (which was solid wood from the inside) was about to fly off. It wasn't a. Issue during the day but at night it was a little disconcerting.
