First trip to Italy, this is a great place to stay. Would recommend!

Pool & deck area with many sun loungers & umbrellas. Free parking. Walking distance to many restaurants on lake side. Lake view from our room.

Nice big rooms, just in front of garda, with a very good pool, good food

The rooms were big, well air conditioned, with fantastic views of lake garda, the swimming pool was also pretty good, you could choose to swim in the pool or walk 20 m and swim in the lake :) the dinner menu at 12e per person and no charges for kids was real value for money and the food was good, all in all a very nice experience

Wifi or the lack of it almost, maybe because of the location the mobile internet was also not good

After reading other reviews I’ve got an impression that there are old suits and new ones. we were lucky to check in to a new suit, which was amazing. spacious, clean and comfortable

very nice hotel, the swimmimg pool is beautiful the location is very good(a few meters from the water)

I think it's only in our room but the door to the small balcony and to the bathroom did not close and the flush water in the wc was VERY short, they came and managed to fix the balcony door and the water but not the bath room door. the breakfast was ok though was not clear at all where to take what, the guys do not speak English at all, we asked for boiled eggs he showed us Fried eggs we tried again to explain but... so we gave up

Lakeview is fantastic. Very pleased about the fridge in the room. This was excellent. Our room was large, however think we got a small upgrade. Very close to the lake. We loved the walk to Torri

Cleaning in the room - and the breakfast. Breakfast rather busy some times, but most likely due to Covid19.

- clean and spacious room - comfortable bed and pillows - everyday cleaning and changing towels and toiletries - good air conditioning - friendly staff - enough closets - good parking space for free - good swimming pool with enough loungers and sun umbrellas

- poor quality of breakfast- not so much choices for 4 stars hotel, coffee wasn’t good enough for Italy - poor quality of WiFi, working on/off - hotel is situated quite far from the city center (about 1,5 km) - good walk for us but for small children is quite far away - enter to the lake is quite far from the hotel too

Great location but poor facilities.

Location

The hotel dosent deserve a 4 star category. It's a unfinished construction site. There were ants on the toilet and the breakfast was very poor quality. No phone in the room.

Avoid

Breakfast itself was good but it took ages to get it. Beds were very comfy.

Room was very noisy (AC and garbage collection) ; It wasn't possible to turn the AC off from inside the room (they have to turn it off at the reception); There was garbage collection at 4am for about half an hour so I couldn't sleep ; It took ages to get breakfast (we also went to other hotels that period and they were able to handle covid19 restrictions way better) ; I burned my finger on the bedside lamp after it was turned on for half an hour ; There were not enough sun beds at the pool ... very crowded, we had to sit on the side of the pool

Wir waren zwischen Weihnachten und Neujahr da, viele Hotels sind zu

Das Hotel ist direkt am See, zum Ort sind es ca. 2 km. Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut.

Ein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer oder die Möglichkeit, kostenlos an heißes Wasser zu kommen habe ich vermisst, hätte mir gerne abends eine Tasse gemacht.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr weit vom Strand und von den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln entfernt. Ohne Auto ist es nur bedingt zu empfehlen. Wenn man an den Badestrand möchte, sollte man gut zu Fuß sein.

Hôtel confortable, à la finition un peu désuette des années 60-70, mais agréable

Hôtel bien placé car nous étions en voiture (1 à 2 km du centre ville tout de même). Surclassés dans une suite, nous avions toute la place souhaitable, cependant la vue sur le lac avait disparu car cette suite se situait plus bas que la chambre d'origine

La climatisation (indispensable en août) ne marchait pas dans la chambre attribuée. Il a fallu attendre la confirmation du service maintenance, puis nous avons été relogé dans une chambre nettement plus grande, mais avec une vue quelconque sur le parking.

Tolle Lage direkt am Garda See. Zimmer mit Blick über den See. Parkplätze sowohl außen, als auch in mehreren Tiefgaragen. Gut erreichbare Zimmer, kurze Wege, Lift, Klimaanlage, Freundliches Personal.
