Bel emplacement et vue agréable sur les environs

The property is a 2 min walk from the town square and restaurants, there’s a private drive for parking. There are several beautiful outdoor seating/eating areas. The host Marie Agnes looked after us so well and you can see she has such pride in her accommodation. The kitchen has everything - it’s a home from home.

A warm welcome from our host. We were really impressed how clean and comfortable the house was. A home from home with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The kitchen is extremely well equipped for those who like to cook, The garden is enchanting with interesting plants and many separate areas to find a quiet moment. There is ample seating inside and out with outdoor cooking facilities too. A lovely balcony with amazing views leads off the sitting room. Follow the steps down to a gate at the bottom of the garden and you are in the centre of the town within five minutes. Parking at the property too. We feel very lucky indeed to have found such a place with a kind and friendly host who goes above and beyond expectations.

Nothing, it was perfect

Nous avons séjourné à Cotignac pendant 12 jours. L'hôtesse charmante Marie Agnès nous attendait à notre arrivée pour tout nous montrer de cette maison si agréable. De plus, un repas délicieux nous était préparé pour le soir. L'équipement de la maison est au top, récent et fonctionnel et tout nous était fourni (draps, serviettes, et le nécessaire pour la cuisine, le nettoyage et le fonctionnement de l'électroménager). La maison qui permet le stationnement à l'intérieur de la propriété de deux voitures, se situe à proximité des commerces du village (5 minutes à pied). Cela rendait le séjour très plaisant. Nous recommandons très vivement ce gîte dans un village pittoresque, ainsi que l'accueil de Marie Agnès.
