Additional travel baby bed available (easy to move)

New swimming pool with alarm installed in February 2023 with infinite views of the Mediterranean landscape.

At the entrance our family house you can park your cars (3-4 cars possible).
The house is located on the heights of the village, on a beautiful plot of about 4000m2. A pleasant 12-minute walk takes you to the nearest shops, with views of the waterfall and the village of Cotignac.
ATTENTION:
* Electric vehicles are not allowed to charge at the property. Public charging stations are available in Cotignac.
* Not permitted for parties or bachelor parties.

Jolie maison sur les hauteurs du village que l'on peut d'ailleurs rejoindre à pieds par un joli chemin.
Maison accueillante, bien équipée et confortable. Seul bémol: peut-être faudrait-il envisager à changer la literie qui d'ailleur ne correspond pas à l'annonce.
Superbe séjour. :-)

Au coeur de la Provence verte et sur les hauteurs de Cotignac ,un des plus beaux villages de France, nous avons passé avec nos enfants et petits enfants de très belles vacances dans cette maison de famille .Chacun y a trouvé sa place . On ne se fatigue pas de la vue offerte à chaque repas.Nous descendions avec plaisir à pied vers Cotignac par un sentier pittoresque.
De la maison possibilité de rayonner dans la région avec toutes ses richesses :marchés,lacs,gorges,cités médiévales,production de vins....et éventuellement la mer.
Après chaque escapade nous retrouvions avec bonheur le calme de la maison et le chant des cigales.
Merci également à Marion pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse.

Wir haben in dem Ferienhaus mit 9 Personen ( darunter 2 Kinder unter 10Jahre) knapp 10 Tage verbracht.
Das Haus bietet Platz für knapp 11 Personen.
Wir hatten mit 9 Personen immer noch gut Freiheit.
Das Haus liegt auf dem Berg und man hat einen sehr schönen Ausblick vom Garten/Pool.
Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Wir haben hier alles notwendige gefunden.
Das Haus war sauber.
Zum Ort Cotignac braucht man zu Fuß ca 10min. Zurück ca 15min, da es Berg auf geht. Im Ort ist alles vorhanden. Ein Supermarkt, Tabakladen, Souveniergeschäft und Restaurants.
Einziges Manko war, dass in der deutschen übersetzten Anzeige die Bettwäsche plus Handtücher inklusive stand. Nach unserem Aufenthalt sagte uns die Vermittlerin, dass die Bettwäsche plus Handtücher 15€ pro Person kosten würde. Schade war, dass auch durch zeigen der Anzeige auf deutsch (mit der Fewo App) nicht richtig darauf eingegangen wurde.
Wenn wir dies gewusst hätten, hätten wir Bettwäsche selbst mitgebracht.
Alles im allen war es aber ein sehr schöner Urlaub.
