About this house rental
Located in the center of the charming village of Cotignac and with a spacious garden, enclosed by a fence for our fur friends. The house has 3 nice bedrooms, one full shower bath, 2 additional toilets, one conveniently located by the pool. The location is ideal if you’ve spent your evening in the center of the village and you are back home in a minute! From the street it is almost impossible to see the garden and pool. Also noises from the village are largely shielded off by the surrounding buildings.
In Cotignac there are two bakeries, a butcher, a couple grocery stores, a bank branch, a supermarket (just outside the village in the direction of Brignoles) and a post office, but above all a lot of attractive terraces of bars and restaurants. Under the plane trees in the “Cours” of Cotignac you can dream away with a pastis or a cup of coffee.
Living in the village has the advantage that you can enjoy all the village activities and events after which you can get back easily to the quiet atmosphere and the refreshing pool of your villa.
Weekly market on Tuesdays (year round)and also on Saturdays in summer is a Must.
Once in the village you do not need a car.
Perfect location if you are attending a wedding at Chateau Robernier, 7mn driving.
Cotignac is very close du Gorges du Verdon; many wineries for wine tasting & tours and surrounded by beautiful countryside rolling hills.

The house is in a fabulous location, air-conditioned and just a few minutes walk from all the restaurants and shops. We were in the area for a wedding and it was lovely to be able to relax by the spacious pool and terrace in between the family events. Karine was very helpful and provided detailed information well ahead of our arrival. Many thanks!

We loved our stay at Villa Paradise. Whilst centrally located in Cotignac and close to shops, bars and restaurants this well equipped house is secluded and private.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Paradis. Absolutely the best location right in the middle of Cotignac, super easy to pop in and out to all the fab restaurants and to the best market in the area held on a Tuesday. Outside seating area by the pool is a great with a spectacular view of the cliffs. If I had one teeny request, a mop and bucket and a less temperamental vacuum 😊 Thanks also to Karine for great communication.

Villa Paradis was an amazing find for my family while we were in town for a wedding! Not only is the property in such a prime location just steps from the town center, the privacy and amenities made our stay wonderful. The owners were communicative well in advance making sure we had all important information and contacts for the property manager and taxi drivers. The property manager, Louise, was kind and attentive, going above and beyond for us. The comfort of this home made our stay very relaxing. We would definitely stay here again should we make our way back to Cotignac!
