This is a gorgeous and cozy studio, perfect for a romantic getaway for two. You'll have a coffee maker for brewing a cup of coffee or a convenient mini-fridge for keeping drinks cold, and a large TV to watch your favorite movies and shows when you want to relax. Spend the day at the beach then come back to rinse away the sand at the outdoor shower. Use the free WiFi to download a favorite playlist to your device then head down to take advantage of the shared pool, hot tub, or community fitness center. Challenge a friend to a match at the shared basketball and tennis court then come home to stretch out on the suite's king-size bed for a good nap.
Here on the grounds of the Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort, you'll find walking paths and a free tram, both of which lead to the beach, plus indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, a fitness room, sauna and steam room, two restaurants, miniature golf, and courts for tennis, racquetball, shuffleboard, and basketball. Hike the blissfully quiet nature trails at Topsail Hill Preserve State Park to the immediate east, or check out the shops and restaurants at Baytowne Wharf, two miles north. You'll also be within seven miles of Destin Commons, an open-air mall with lots of shops and restaurants.

Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project
Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 4.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This unit is very nice and clean decorated in a cute beach theme making it perfect for your beach stay conveniently located within a five minute walk to the beach if walking isn’t your thing just call the tram they are very quick to respond. This property offers several pools and restaurants and is located very close to Baytown wharf and the outlet mall.

Beautifully decorated clean room perfect for a couple! Short walk to the beach and the tram service was wonderful easy to get ahold of and responds within a few minutes! Air conditioner stopped working I called Vacasa and maintenance was there to within 20 minutes they had the air up and running within an hour. This property had many amenities to offer such as several pools and restaurants and very near to shopping and Baytown Warf
