Welcome to Seabatical, your perfect coastal retreat at Summit 407! This stylish 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo has been thoughtfully updated with fresh flooring, new paint, and chic beach-inspired décor to set the tone for a relaxing getaway.
Just inside the entry, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, stocked with all the cookware, dinnerware, and serving ware you need for family meals or quick snacks. The dining table seats six comfortably, making it a great spot for shared dinners or game nights.
The open living room invites you to unwind with a full-size sleeper sofa with additional seating—all centered around a 56" flat-screen TV for movie nights. Step outside onto your private balcony, where comfortable seating awaits and you can enjoy views of the lush resort grounds with a peek-a-boo glimpse of the sparkling Gulf waters. It’s the perfect place to sip morning coffee or relax after a sun-filled day.
The master bedroom is a serene escape, complete with a king-size bed, a 50" flat-screen TV, direct balcony access, and a private en-suite bathroom with a single vanity and a tub/shower combo. Had a great experience, never waited long for the elevator. Pool was clean even after storms would come through. Pool is great, and not usually crowded.
Only complaint would be the beach,as umbrella and chairs from the resort take up most of the beach. You would set you chair up and someone who rented a umbrella chair would set there personal chair 2 feet from you leaving you no space. The room came with 4 chairs and a football. 2 chairs had a carry strap one chair I carried to the beach and would be good for a very young child. Master bed is very very soft. Putt putt was good family fun and easy to access, along with the basketball. Room seemed very clean.
Grounds seemed very well maintained, walk to the beach is maybe 5 min. Check in and check out process was a breeze.

Overall a good spot for our family! Plenty of space and the resort-style complex with pools, mini golf and private beach were wonderful. Heated pool at the Summit was the best! The actual grounds and exteriors (elevators, walkways to doors) could use some love but did not distract from our vacation. Kitchen had everything we needed, however, could use some updating as well as the bathrooms. Would recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about my stay at this beautiful condo! The views are amazing and it’s such a short walk to the beautiful beach! I saw deer several times during my stay and my early morning walks on the beach were my favorite! The pool was beautiful and the hot tub was perfect. I can’t wait for my next visit!!!
