Es war eine kleine Wohnung die ihren Zweck erfüllte. Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm.

Wir haben die 3 Tage sehr genossen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Leider war die Wohnung für uns nicht optimal, da wir recht unterschiedliche Schlafgewohnheiten haben. Das Schlafzimmer liegt zwischen Küche mit anschließendem Bad und dem Wohnzimmer. Wir hätten es schön und hilfreich gefunden wenn in der Anzeige ein Grundriss der Wohnung angezeigt worden wäre. Aber, wie geschrieben, ist das unser persönliches empfinden.

Mein Freund und ich hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Warnemünde. Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen und man ist sehr schnell am Meer und in der „Promenade“. Frau und Herr Gerold haben uns gut in Empfang genommen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank, dass wir bei Ihnen sein durften.

Top Lage, klein, aber fein
Die Lage ist perfekt, egel wofür. Alles, ob Strand, Promenade, Bahnhof, Parkhaus oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ist zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Die Wohnung hat einen kleinen Hof, der wunderschön ist und Sitzmöglichkeiten hat. Wohnung selbst sauber, gut strukturiert, alles nötige vorhanden. Der Kochbereich ist etwas klein, aber bietet trotzdem alles nötige, der Raum wurde perfekt aufgebaut. Gastgeberin sehr freundlich und sofort zur Stelle. Vielen lieben Dank ☺️

Ankommen und wohlfühlen - das war das Motto , als wir Gäste der Ferienwohnung Koralle im Haus der Familie Vollhardt sein durften. Nach dem herzlichen Empfang durch Frau Vollhardt eroberten wir die kleine , aber feine Ferienwohnung , in der alles vorhanden ist , was man braucht ! Zudem hat man noch Zugang zu einem üppig blühenden und liebevoll dekorierten kleinen Hinterhof mit Bank - was will man mehr ?! Die Lage der Unterkunft ist top ! Ob Strand , Alter Strom , Bäcker , Supermarkt - alles nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Fazit : Wir kommen wieder !!! Liebe Grüße an Familie Vollhardt von Mike und Anja

Das Onjekt liegt zentral in der Altstadt von Warnemünde. Die FEWO war sauber und funktional. Die Vermieter nett und zuvorkommend. Schlecht bewerten muss man die Parkplatzsituation im gesamten Ort. Die Parkgebühren einfach zu hoch mit 16,00 EUR am Tag. der nächste günstige Parkplatz war einfach zu weit entfernt und und da muss man Insiderwissen haben.
