Beautiful property and in a perfect location. Staff was very welcoming and kind. Rooms were very clean. Rooftop area was lovely.
Adjacent doors slam which make it very noisy when others are going in and out of their rooms.

Breakfast in a $500 room was not included. Location in Old Town was good

Had some issue with the room and cleaning and equipment. All handled
Could use a real concierge to help people go to places that aren't flooded with people getting off cruises - ughh....
