Bardzo dobre mieszkanko w świetnej lokalizacji. Dobra funkcjonalność, czysto, cicho i spokojnie, wygodne spanie, dobrze działający prysznic.
Nieadekwatny opis usytuowania budynku, który jest czwartym od rogu z Piotrkowską mimo adresu 1A. Wyłączone kaloryfery mimo zimnej pogody zaskutkowaly zimnicą i spaniem w kurtce pierwszej nocy. Dopiero po tym dowiedziałem się, że one istnieją i że jest możliwość ich włączenia ale przecież to nie moja instalacja! Można je było włączyć na przybycie klienta lub zostawić w tym celu instrukcję. A, w kuchence mikrofalowej brak było talerza obrotowego ale to drobiazg.
