Świętnie wyposażone mieszkanko, doskonały kontakt z właścicielami. Blisko Dworca PKP i innych środków komunikacji. Na ul.Piotrkowskiej, jednak w zacisznych podwórku, gdzie nie docierało nocne życie ulicy. W mieszkanku przyjemny chłodek, co przy ówczesnych upałach było niesamowitym udogodnieniem. Jeśli będziemy w okolicy na pewno wrócimy :)

Lokalizacja jest wspaniała. Z bramy wychodzi się od razu na ul. Piotrkowską. Parking prywatny jest bardzo blisko
Gdy weszliśmy na pierwszy rzut oka było czysto jednak mogłoby być lepiej przede wszystkim jeżeli chodzi o podłogi ale jestem może zbyt wymagająca, bo przyjechałam z raczkującym dzieckiem. ;)

Pozytywnie oceniam kontakt z gospodarzem obiektu. Sprawny, szybki i miły kontakt. Lokalizacja też na plus, w samym centrum. Cicho pomimo blisko głośnych ulic.
Niestety w mieszkaniu nie było czysto. Łazienka , toaleta oraz kuchnia zdecydowanie powinny być bardziej posprzątane. Podłogi też były nieczyste, z plamami a dywan od dawna raczej nie był odkurzony. Bardzo dużo kurzu w mieszkaniu i pajęczyn. Spory był hałas z kranu na zewnątrz kamienicy, tuż przy mieszkaniu na dole.
