Czystość, komfort, cisza i lokalizacja. Wynajęłam apartament na 5 dni i to był strzał w 10.
Klatka schodowa straszy, dobrze by było ją wyremontować.

Apartamenty, a bardziej pokoje zgodne ze zdjęciami i opisem. Super lokalizacja.
Weszłyśmy do apartamentu zgodnie z ustaloną godziną zameldowania, jednak w naszym apartamencie Pani z obsługi nadal sprzątała i kazała nam czekać kolejne 20 min, co przy fakcie, że za wcześniejsze zameldowanie trzeba płacić 100zł wychodzi trochę słabo. Rozumiem różne sytuacje, ale wystarczyłoby wcześniejszej poinformować o takiej sytuacji. Gdy napisałam o sytuacji na chat, nie otrzymałam ani przeprosin ani jakiejkolwiek wiadomości zwrotnej do dnia dzisiajszego (3 dni po końcu rezerwacji). Słaby kontakt i podejście do klienta.
