Charming apartment near the beach with a well-decorated interior and a fully equipped kitchen. It is conveniently located close to the shore. Please note, there is no air conditioning or washer available.

Good finding instructions so studio was easy to locate. A really beautifully decorated space that’s been very cleverly and thoughtfully designed with plenty of storage and everything we needed for an enjoyable 4 night stay, cooking some of our meals from scratch. It’s only minutes from some lovely beaches with bars, and a pleasant stroll into the stunning walled city. We went onto the Velo Mat app to hire the e-bikes by the half hour, great and fun way to get around. St-Malo is really gorgeous! Tip - find out the tide times so you can get the best out of this lovely coastline which changes with the tide. Fun to walk back into intra-Muros from a beach islet as the tide is about to cover the path!

A second pillow each would have been nice. The shared entrance hall doesn’t give the best impression but this is probably not in the control of the owner. The bathroom sliding door sticks - a bit alarming until we worked out how to force it open! But the bathroom is lovely, and spacious given the small size of the studio.

A cosy apartment in a good location. Easy parking across the street.

Le descriptif quant à la liberté offerte par la conciergerie est erroné. Il n’y a en fait pas de possibilité de retirer les clefs à l’horaire qui nous convient. Aussi il faut donner un horaire d’arrivée plutot précis et contraignant en tout cas lorsqu’on n’est pas prévenu. Également il y a des travaux dans l’immeuble qui colle l’appartement … dès 8 h du matin c’est contraignant. … jusque 16 h ….
