The roomiest (40 sq m), can accommodate 2 to 3 people, south facing with a view of the park.
All charm and elegance, with its Bordeaux mahogany antique wardrobe from the eighteenth century, its little Louis XV style desk , and its refined decoration in shades of pink and white Toile de Jouy ...
- A large 180cm width bed (or two 90 cm width beds on request).
- A small 90 cm width rouleaux bed.
- A bathroom with double sinks, walk-in shower and freestanding bath.
- a separate toilet,
- Wi-Fi.
Small common lounge with:
- library
- Nesspresso coffee, tea and herbal infusions
- mini bar and wine cellar
- small fridge
- HDTV LED and a DVD player
- board games
The estate takes its name from one of its first owners, Sire Gaston de l'Isle, Gascon knight. But the old castle of the 12th century is no more than a memory belonging to history, the place is now occupied by an elegant residence built in 1763. You will be welcomed by Xavier and Vanessa, young couple of engineers in aeronautics , and by Vanessa's mom, Chantal. Here, we love horses, so riders looking for a charming shelter with their horses will be welcome, especially since between the Landes forest and sandy paths they will find paradise (for children, there is Bounty Longmead, the shetland pony) ! But the riders will not be the only ones to find their Eden, because the heated swimming pool with generous dimensions, the landscaped garden and the wooded park of 6 hectares will be the joy of all ! The rooms, classic and inviting to taste the delicacy, combine space and high-end services. Bedding and towels of major brands ensure perfect comfort, as are the bathrooms, very contemporary. A small lounge with library, board games, television, DVD, Nespresso coffee and herbal teas completes the whole. In the morning, we start around a gourmet organic breakfast before embarking on a busy day between visiting the Médoc wineries, walking or cycling, swimming in the ocean, swings in the golf courses around ...

Everything was perfect: the building well maintened, the room perfectly arranged in any detaiils, the rich breakfast and the wonderful park.

Very nice room, a lot of space and calm. Excellent breakfast with everything you need (or you can ask). Swimming pool and garden are very nice and enough seats to relax next to the pool. Parking lot available and enough space for bikes to store.
