We had a stopover after a long international flight the previous day and before continuing on to our family in France. The hotel was perfect for catching up on some sleep, with clean, quiet and comfortable facilities. The breakfast in the morning was simple, but all the offerings on hand were fresh and delicious.
We arrived quite late and had multiple messages about checking in, which I felt was unnecessary, but really I am being picky and cannot fault the hotel on anything. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Very easy, secure parking. Big room. Helpful, professional staff. Thoughtful details (like a little cover to prevent the light from the air conditioner control from disturbing our sleep). Surprisingly quiet for its proximity to the motorway ans airport.

The rooms were spotless, modern and comfortable. The bathroom was huge, spotless and very modern. Great shower.
My husband and I were travelling with our 16 year old son. We booked two double rooms and were given two large doubles with adjoining doors. This was fantastic, as we didn't have to go out to the corridor to get in and out of each room.
Airconditioning was excellent too.

The bed was comfortable
In the iphone map app the hotel is not under "Best Western" but "Hotel Gardenia Bordeaux Ouest." The address kept putting me in a neighborhood. Really inconvenient. Also, bathroom was handicap not requested, the shower had to be handheld, inconvenience. I put a do not distrub sign up and they knocked on the door waking me up.
