Right by a tramway so an easy trip into the city centre. Pool was great

We got upgraded to the suite and it was perfect, especially with our dog and having to work, there was a lot of space!

The hotel is very suitable for those who fly. Nice territory. The SPA is small (pool and hammam) but very clean. Big rooms.
Hotel needs renovations badly. The rooms are stinky. Everything is old. When it will be renovated - it will be very nice hotel!

Convenient position for access to airport and Bordeaux. Comfy bed. Nice quality towels and bathrobe. Range of restaurants within walking distance. Nice terrace, bar and pool area.
Buffet style breakfast rather expensive at €19 pp. Housekeeping made the bed each day but didn’t change the used cups and glasses for clean ones. Coffee machine was provided but only 1 coffee pod! Coffee and milk was not refilled on a daily basis.
We were politely requested (by means of a printed card) to leave the kitchenette clean and dishes washed. However, rather difficult to comply as the sink had no plug and there was no dish soap or tea towel available.
Free Wi-Fi was very intermittent. TV randomly cut out without warning.
