Phoenix West is one of the best condominium complexes in Orange Beach. Whether you're floating down the lazy river or having a drink on the balcony and taking in the sun this is the condo for you! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,950 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished.
No need to wait on the elevator when you can park on the 3rd floor and walk directly to your condo! It is also an ideal location to keep an eye on the kids as they play in the lazy river and outdoor pools.
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix West condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 50” flat screen HDTV in living room and flat screen HDTVs in all the bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. This unit features a sleeper sofa, 2 master bedrooms with King beds and the 3rd bedroom has TWO Queen beds.
There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.
Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix West with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations.
Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

The condo is exactly as listed! The kitchen is well stocked, it’s very spacious,all beds are comfortable! The balcony view of the beach, pool and lazy river is just beautiful! The AC works wonderfully! We have already planned our family vacation for next year and plan to book 303 again! Thanks so much for the memories made on our family vacation this year!

A little dated inside the unit. Cooking utensils and cookware could use a little refresh. I also like having a rug or two throughout the unit. The property itself needs refreshing too. We had to deal with parking deck issues due to work being done and the indoor pool was under maintenance for a portion of our stay

I never got the tv in the bedroom working after several emails back and forth, the washer didn’t rinse sometimes, and when they say bring your own toilet paper they mean it. But the view was great and never really had to wait for the elevator which was a concern.
