About this apartment rental
A spacious 3-bedroom, 4-bath condo on the 9th floor, in a resort setting that has everything you'll need to relax and have the time of your life! Indoor and outdoor pools, water slide, tennis court, lazy river, fully equipped fitness facility, covered parking, and BBQ grills. The master bedroom has a king bed, and a master bath with dual vanity, jetted tub, separate dual shower and large walk-in closet.
Both guest bedrooms have their own private full baths and are furnished with two queen beds in each.
There is a Queen sleeper sofa in the living area, and a 4th full bathroom on the hallway near the kitchen.
The dining room has seating for 8 and there are 4 additional seats at the raised kitchen counter. You will also enjoy a fully equipped wet bar with sink, beverage refrigerator, margarita machine, and under-counter Nugget "Sonic" ice maker.

Parking passes can be purchased from the front desk for $58 each and is good for the duration of your stay. You can purchase two parking passes for this unit. During peak season and holidays, purchasing more than 2 passes is subject to the overflow parking availability.

This condo is amazing. Beautiful views, comfy beds, and nice and bright. The lazy river was great, and the slide! Zero entry pool is nice for littles. I would highly recommend this for a week at the beach. Thanks Ryan for being a wonderful host.

Our family visited for a week over spring break and we enjoyed this place very much. The location is great once you arrive and the views are amazing. This condo was roomy, comfortable and had everything we needed. We all loved the lazy river. Thank you for a great week!

The view beach and condo were all excellent!! We loved the area And especially the golfing. Pool hot tub clean and lazy river was relaxing. Our condo had plenty of cooking supplies which was very helpful !
