The location of the property is not too far from town area, but at the same time the street is not busy or crowded which is good. It gives a more remote or secluded feel around the whole estate. But no convenience stall around though.
The furniture seems to be a bit run down or flimsy. The bed are not really comfortable, and i noticed that the wood plank for the bed frame underneath seems to be broken for some beds. I don't think the single bed are suitable for people with heavy weight.

big and spacious
no bath towel provided. only small face towel provided. house not so clean. need to improve cleaning. check out 11am is very early.10-12 mins to beach by car.

Its in a peaceful neighbourhood. No noises and able to have a good rest. Very huge unit can definitely fit more people. Parking space can go up to 2 in garage and 1 outside the gate.
Cleanliness of the unit shall be monitored closely. Hope the owner will take proper action on this matter.
