The house said newly renovated which was very accurate. The house was nicely furnished, comfortable, and overall very nice. The location was great, just outside of town but convenient.

We stayed here as a central spot so we could leave daily for hikes around this area. Food places were great and it felt great to come home to a cute little place. Wording was a little tricky but there is no central AC. Fans and open windows and a single window unit in one room. Great screened in back porch to relax after a long day.

We come to Salida often each year, and have been doing so for many years with my grandsons for our guy trips to Monarch and for fly fishing in the summers. Without question, one of our best stays. The local property manager was amazing! He was so efficient and accommodating. There was a minor issue that was mostly just miscommunication. He was on top of it and we resolved the confusion quickly. The property is handy to everything. It was a quick and easy trip to the ski slope, to town, to everything. The house was clean, well stocked, and ready to go. Multiple tvs were a plus for the grandsons for them to hook up their video games while I got to watch football. This place is a winner! I cannot speak highly enough of the local staff that services this property! Thanks for taking care of everything for us.
