Living the Beach Life 2 is a totally renovated Beach Cottage located just off Thomas Drive at the quiet East end of Panama City Beach. Featuring 4 bedrooms plus a bunk area, 3 full bathrooms, a new Pool Cabana, and a large private pool with an outdoor living area, this property is designed for entertaining at the beach. Walk out the front door to the dedicated beach access.

A totally renovated and exquisitely designed tropical oasis is everything you are looking for in a coastal beach retreat. The cozy living room features comfortable seating for your entire group providing the perfect place for vacation movie night or game on the 75" TV. Boasting a total of 4 full bedrooms including two bedrooms with private luxurious bathrooms with huge walk-in showers that feature tranquil rain showerheads.
Upgrades throughout include gorgeous shiplap walls, detailed tile, custom-trimmed mirrors, and quartz countertops. It's the perfect location and the beach is just steps from the front door.
The expansive outdoor living space with private pool and new pool cabana, boasts a new, oversized pool, spacious sun deck with a variety of lounge chairs, separate grilling area with a gas grill.
Located adjacent to the pool is a new air-conditioned pool cabana with queen size sofa sleeper, 65” TV, ice maker, mini-refrigerator, and roll-up service window. It’s great a fantastic space to take a break from the sun and relax in the air conditioning and offers additional sleeping space.

I have rented this property before and just live this house and the location! Nice little pool, steps from the walkway to the beach, all one level, no stairs to climb. A very comfortable place!

This beach house was in a great location. So many fun things to do around you if you want to take a break from the beach. Multiple restaurant choices in close proximity. The backyard was a fun and relaxing spot to get away from the beach for a bit but still feel like you're on "vacation time". Great beach house for family vacations!
