This Villa has one of the best locations in PCB. Over 3000 square feet of Mediterranean style villa with fabulous ocean views throughout, 3 balconies, flat screen TV's in every bedroom and a 60' screen in living area. Home also enjoys large gulf front deck (this is critical to most renters) with grill, amazingly close to the ocean; 3 King Beds & 4 Queens, nice tub in master, computer desk with WIFI, privacy garage.
Cotton Sails is also located on a somewhat secluded street off Thomas Drive, which leads to less congestion on the beach, and still close to many restaurants, grocery stores, wall mart, Home Depot, Lowe's, seafood markets etc. Parking for 3 cars MAX

We really enjoyed our stay. We aren’t super picky so this place was amazing for us. I do feel like this property needs a little TLC compared to similar properties adjacent. The location, cleanliness, and management were great. I feel like they have listened to reviews. It does look like they are updating things as they need like the deck & oven. The garage was a plus & having bathrooms for each room was great.
Parking isn’t great for any property on the entire street - not just this property. Just make sure to plan if you have more than 3 cars. Overall we would stay here again & really enjoyed it!

We have been coming to PCB every year for over 10 years and have always stayed in a condo. So when we decided to try a house this year we were not sure what to expect. Let’s just say we were not disappointed. The house was clean and had tons of space! Deck looked like it was just replaced, the swim spa was a must to keep cool after the beach. However the jets did not work and no heat if you have a chilly night which was disappointing . It appeared the entire control panel had been removed. This should be noted in the description because the pics are deceiving. The bar across the street has live music every night and is definitely loud until about midnight so if you have little ones this may not be the place for you. But we enjoyed it and they had great food. Outdoor furniture needs updated especially since that is where we spent most of our time. Which brings me to the one complaint I do have…we had quite a bit of rain and the covered part of the deck on the main level leaked terribly. Everything we had out there was soaked. Even after the rain ended we couldn’t sit outside in the shade because it continued to drip (and not just a couple drops here and there it was a mess). The balcony above drained right through and continued to soak everything well after the rain dad stopped, including us!!. Definitely needs to be fixed. Overall we loved the house and would absolutely stay here again.

Overall the house is lovely. The only complaints we have are the queen beds are very uncomfortable and noisy. Mainly the 3nd floor 2 queens they felt like all the springs in the mattress were gone it felt like sleeping “in a water bed” or deflating air mattress. You sunk into a hole. Also the only bathrooms are attached to the bedrooms if someone is staying in the downstairs room you will have to go to your room on 2nd or 3rd floor. Other than that the house was lovely very easy to get to the beach very short walk to the water off back deck. Home is in a great area lots of family’s and very close to any place you need to go. Great bar/restaurant across the street. Overall we would stay here again.
