Private, heated pool (88 °F on request) inside a 6-ft fence—perfect for safe play and late-night swims. Plenty of outdoor living space both in the sun and covered space. Enjoy a book on the covered porch while it rains, lay by the pool and work on your tan, eat at one of multiple outdoor table options.
Natural-gas grill + shaded patio dining (no propane runs).
Driveway fits four vehicles. (Beach gear may be on-site from prior guests, but we don’t list it as an amenity.)

The name speaks for itself..literally. You are steps from a low key beautiful beach. We had a big group that all wanted separate places..Nick's place is perfect for close..but not too close! All the units were spacious, clean and decorated nicely. Couches were comfy...bathrooms were really nice. Lots of sleeping space! The kitchens were the most stocked kitchens I've ever come across in a VRBO. Plus they supplied things like- dish soap, detergent, soap, shampoo, conditioner, TP and PT. - which is appreciated. We loved the privacy of the fence that surrounded the property.. The pool and the back area are lovely to sit and grill. Nick was gracious and let us arrive early because of a flight situation. He answered all questions timely. Very accommodating. Would definitily book again and recommend:)

Our family goes to PCB every year and this was one of the best places we have stayed. The property was clean, very well stocked and Nick was great with communication and any issues was handled quickly.

We had a family of 17 stay there for a week. Our kids loved the pool and the walk to Beach was so short. There was a lot of shopping, activities, and eating near us. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed for the week. The rooms and beds were very clean and comfortable.
