Private, heated pool (88 °F on request) inside a 6-ft fence—perfect for safe play and late-night swims. Plenty of outdoor living space both in the sun and covered space. Enjoy a book on the covered porch while it rains, lay by the pool and work on your tan, eat at one of multiple outdoor table options.
Natural-gas grill + shaded patio dining (no propane runs).
Driveway fits four vehicles. (Beach gear may be on-site from prior guests, but we don’t list it as an amenity.)

Very short walk to the beach. Nice private built in pool. Very clean. Prompt response to all communication. Both kitchens were well stocked with everything you need to cook your meals in-house. Nice laundry room. Every amenity you might need. All paper products & laundry supplies & trash bags. All of the little things you run out of on day 2 of your vacation. Upstairs AC was good. Our only complaint was the downstairs A/C was not up to par in our opinion. No ac vents in kitchen , dining or living area. Maybe the addition of a mini split in that area would help.
We were 10 adults, 2 teenagers & 2 babies.
Overall a great place for a family vacation.

Our stay was amazing! The owners are great. This house was fully furnished, the pool was perfect and much needed. Hurricane Arthur closed the beach so having the pool was amazing. Highly recommend.

Our whole family had an absolute blast staying at this beautiful home! The house was gorgeous, clean, and perfectly accommodated everyone. The location was fantastic, making it incredibly easy to enjoy the best of Panama City. We made wonderful memories here and would absolutely love to stay again. THE POOL WAS AMAZING! The cleaners came by everyday and that was so appreciated. Highly recommended!
