Casa Palmera

I loved the location and the fridge in the bottom living room. I loved all the extra AC units they had throughout the upstairs and in the basement. If you see the earlier posts about being hot, don't worry at all! We never were hot at all. Actually we was REALLY cold at times. There is enough dishes too! I loved having a highchair and play pen as well. So handy!

The noise from the condos next door air shaft was noisy but, not terrible. It definitely won't stop me from returning. The only other complaint was I would have loved to had a mop/vacuum to spot clean with BUT overall this place is wonderful. I would go back in a heartbeat. From start to end they communicated to me and made sure we had a wonderful time.

Great location, the pool was awesome. Lots of common space inside and outside for hanging out.

There was an issue with the HVAC system so it did get warm in the house in the afternoon but they had techs come out and there were units in the bedrooms so it was fine.

The location was great, an easy walk to the beach. The kitchen was stocked with the basic pots/pans/utensil needs which was great to cook meals at home, pool and hot tub were lovely. The driveway had enough space for 6 cars which worked out perfectly for us. Communication with host was easy and they were quick to respond.

The house was not very clean- dog hair from previous guests(we did not bring a dog), dust in corners and on baseboards. The cleaning fee was $450 which should have ensured a very clean house but it definitely missed the mark. The house needs a deep clean with attention paid to the details that guests see during their stay. The house has alarms on all doors/windows for safely, be aware that these cannot be disable and are extremely loud…jarringly loud. We had an infant with us on our trip that was startled awake several times by an opened door- the option to disable while at the house would be fantastic.

Every single day of our trip was interrupted by some sort of maintenance person. The house needs some attention. A kitchen cabinet was falling off the hinges when we got there and the whole house wasn’t very clean. Hair on the nightstands and on the counters. The floors had not been swept
