Downstairs area has 2 bedrooms; 1 with a King bed and other having a 3 LEVEL Full mattress Bunk option to sleep 6 and 1 full bath. Large 2 car garage, full size washer & Dryer also on 1st level. Walk into the backyard oasis through 2nd bedroom OR though the outside gate to your private pool (heated option available$40/night), tanning deck and Air Conditioned Pool Bungalow with a Historical Bar from an 1800s Chicago Pub with Full Fridge, microwave, coffee maker, 55" TV and Full Bathroom with tub/shower combo. Twin bunks and a futon type couch are the sleeping options here. Tons of cabinets and gathering space. Can sleep up to 14 with the additional pullout to full size mattress couch in Pool Cabana as well as a Full floor mattress in Garage to use where needed.
