We stayed for 3 nights, and we enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

There was no option for breakfast. But there are supermarkets and many wonderful cafes nearby. Also, one can easily make breakfast at the property.

Kitchn facilities could have been little better. Salt and sugar should be there and oven gloves. Also scissor and peeler would be every useful.

I enjoyed my stay in this property and would definitely like to stay here again.

The location was great, in a characterful street, within easy reach of Gonsenheim high street with its shops, cafés, restaurants, tram and bus links into Mainz. A supermarket is a short walk away. The property is in a quiet spot and contains every you need for a long or short stay. The communication from the host before the stay was friendly and helpful.

The pillows for the beds were lumpy and uncomfortable. It’s a shame all the beds are single beds. Even though smokers are encouraged to smoke outside the property it did smell a bit of stale smoke downstairs, but a plug in air freshener soon solved this issue.

The location was good, the house was clean.

For 11 nights each of us had one hand towel and one bath towel..we had problems with the heat for the first days until it was resolved. Water was shut of without giving us notice. Spoke to the construction crew they told us that notice was given to the owner a week before but nobody informed us.

Very pleasant stay in Mainz.

The property is well located and is very comfortable and clean. Quiet street and short walking distance to bus/trolley. The host is very welcoming and quick to answer questions.

Unzureichend für längeren Urlaub, ausreichend als Handwerkerwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist recht ruhig gelegen, die Nachbarschaft ist freundlich. In der Nähe fließt der Gonsbach, den man gut für einen Gassigang nutzen kann. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einem großen Ledersofa wohnlich eingerichtet. TV und HiFi-Anlagen bieten individuelle Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten.

Die Küchenausstattung müsste öfter überprüft werden, da die Geräte nicht korrekt funktionieren. Die Heizung war nur am späten Nachmittag bis vormittags an. Der Aufenthalt tagsüber in der kalten Wohnung war unangenehm. Die Schlafzimmer sind funktional, aber nicht gemütlich. Die, in der Beschreibung erwähnte ,Terasse war nicht vorhanden. Einen Parkplatz mussten wir jeden Tag lange in den umgebenen Straßen suchen. Insgesamt wirkt die Wohnung wie eine Handwerker-Unterkunft und dafür ist sie ausreichend. Ein längerer Urlaubs-Aufenthalt ist wohl unüblich, da nur 1 mal in 3Wochen gereinigt wurde, und keine ausreichenden Putzheräte für eigene Reinigung zur Verfügung standen.

Nicht ganz zufrieden ...

Die Betten waren bequem. Wohnzimmer nett eingerichtet .

Leider fehlte in der Küche einiges ...was ich in anderen Ferienwohnungen nicht vermisst habe. Keine Isolierkanne für den Kaffee vorhanden oder wenigstens ein Stövchen womit er warm bleibt .🫣 Keine größere Schüssel für Salat oder anderes . Topflappen oder Untersetzer. Kleines scharfes Messer für Obst oder .anderes zu schneiden . Im Wohnzimmer keine Glas Schüssel für Obst oder Süßigkeiten vorhanden. Nur Bücher und Spiele. So kennen wir das nicht 😔 Der Parkplatz zu eng auf der Auffahrt. Kaum sonst ein Parkplatz zu finden . Das ist für uns ein no go . Haben das Auto stehen gelassen und ein Taxi genommen . Zusätzliche Kosten 😒

Eines der besten Unterkunfte in Mainz Umgebung mit dem Auto

Gastgeber hat sich bereits im Voraus sehr viel Mühe gegeben um das Check-In zu gewährleisten und unseren Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten: Bei unserer Mitternachtsanreise hatte er den Schlüssel so parat gehalten, dass wir ohne Zögern und Mühen unsere Unterkunft betreten konnten. Ausserdem fanden wir zu unserem Willkommen eine Flasche Wein und Wasser sowie nötige Kaffeekapseln. Vielen herzlichen Dank dafür! Wir waren bereits in anderen Unterkünften in Mainz - dies war die beste für uns!

In der ersten Nacht haben wir sage und schreibe 30 Min gebraucht einen Parkplatz zu finden, der dann 15 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt war. Die anderen Tage war es jedoch kein Problem einen PP in der Nähe zu finden. Die Unterkunft war es jedoch wert. Die Kissen sind unbequem und für Allergiker nicht geeignet. Das hätten wir im Voraus melden sollen. Die Bettdecken sehr dünn, somit mussten wir die Heizung über Nacht aufdrehen. Hätte es lieber andersrum gehabt: dickere Decken, weniger trockene Heizungsluft. Matratzen waren sehr bequem. Ein Vorhang wäre im Wohnbereich erwünscht gewesen wg. der Blendung auf den TV. Trotz allem würden wir wieder dort buchen - vielen herzlichen Dank!!

Gemütliches Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Sehr nettes Ferienhaus an einer ruhigen Straße in Mainz - Blick in den Innenhof. Der Vermieter sehr freundlich - wir durften sogar im Hof parken. Im Haus ist es geräumig und gemütlich. Über eine steile Treppe kommt man in die beiden Schlafräume, die sauber und mit großem Kasten ausgestattet sind. In der Küche sind die wichtigsten Sachen vorhanden. Wir wurden sogar mit einem Wein überrascht. Das Bad ist nicht besonders groß aber mit allem ausgestattet, das notwendig ist. Heizung hat für ein warmes Haus gesorgt

Wenn man mehr kochen will könnte die Küchenausstattung etwas reichhaltiger sein. Sonst wirklich alles bestens
