Overall, a pleasant stay in a peaceful location

0. The apartment looks nice. There are beautiful paintings in the corridor. 1. Communication with host. Mathias Krause always answered to my messages and was kind enough to let us to check-in half an hour before the check-in time. When we asked for towels (there was only one hand towel per person), he provided us bath towels the next day. 2. Easy check-in, instructions on how to find the house. 3. Convenient location, several bus stops nearby for quick access to the city center. 4. Great neighborhood. Quiet and peaceful. Perfect for relaxing. 5. Cleanliness. The apartment was clean, only the bathroom had a little bit of mold. 6. Comfortable sofa. It was nice to sit on it and watch TV in the evenings. 7. The TV is smart and we were able to watch YouTube before going to sleep. 8. Comfortable mattresses. We slept well. 9. A bottle of mineral water was left for us on the table in the living room. Nice tea selection and coffee capsules for the coffee machine could be found on the kitchen table.

There is always room for improvement. 1. The exhaust hood protrudes significantly and has sharp corners. My father hit his head on the corner of the exhaust hood twice. Given the size of the kitchen, someone taller could lose an eye (see the corresponding photo). 2. The coffee table has sharp corners; please take this into account if traveling with children. 3. The liquid soap was very diluted with water and did not perform its function properly. We felt too embarrassed to ask for another soap, so we bought a soap bar. 4. The stove was in poor condition; we didn't want to use it (see the corresponding photo). 5. The toaster hadn't been cleaned in a long time (see the corresponding photo). 6. The kitchen paper towel was half-used and there was no spare one in the cabinets. 7. The dish rack has no bottom, so it can't be used properly. 8. The tabletop is made of wood material and you need to be very careful not to damage it. I saw many traces of knife on the tabletop left from previous guests. 9. There's mold in the bathroom. It's only a small amount, and if the owner takes action quickly, it can still be successfully removed (see the corresponding photo). 10. The bedside lamp can't be turned on because the socket is not visible. There is a socket at the foot of the bed, but to use it, you have to move the bed.

I would have only two minor drawbacks. First, the flat is a bit far from the city center. But buses and tramways can be found nearby. Second, the flat is a basement, which was not mentioned (at least in the English version) in the description.

Die Lage und Schlüsselübergabe super, Wohnung passabel. Einige Dinge fehlten leider.

Die Lage war super. Die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr unkompliziert. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Das Bad modern eingerichtet. Und es wurde eine Flasche Wasser zur Verfügung gestellt.

Es gab nur ein Fenster in der ganzen Wohnung. Im Schlafraum war nur eine Lüftung. Die Nachttischlampe stand nur als Deko da, denn es gab gar keinen Stromanschluss. Man hätte wenigstens ein Verlängerungskabel zur Verfügung stellen können. Die Betten waren relativ schmal. Die Küche war extrem klein. Beim abwaschen stieß man ständig mit dem Kopf gegen die Abzugshaube. Es fehlten Geschirrtücher, Topflappen und Untersetzer für die Töpfe und eine Abtropfunterlage fürs Geschirr. Und es gab im Bad nicht einmal ein Handtuch zum Hände abtrocknen. Der Kühlschrank war nicht eingeschaltet, was uns leider erst nicht aufgefallen ist.
